Justin and Ryan did a great . Heather and I are quite satisfied with everything. Justin and Ryan both worked very hard thru the heat and humidity while maintaining a great attitude ! Again,very satisfied !

Daniel and Wesley were on time. I stayed in the bathroom while they were working, I was interested in the process. Wesley & Daniel were very polite & answered all my questions. Alex B did the install of my Shower/Tub combo and all I can say is he is amazing and did a great job. The finished product is amazing and well worth the month. It is one less thing I need to worry about in the future, their warranty is great. The project was completed as it was explained from the very start. Will definitely use Mad City again for any future projects.

MY experience with Mad City was excellent from start to finish. The sales representative, Vicki, made a thorough presentation giving me my options AND the steps that would occur. She answered all my questions and made sure that I was comfortable with the plan moving forward. She was very helpful in choosing the colors and styles that I wanted. Mad City kept their word on ALL the dates that they made with me for the work to be done. The workers on the day of installation for my shower were kind, professional and easy to work with... Their clean-up and respect for my home was exceptional! Kjell did a perfect job with installation, updating me all through the day! I LOVE my new walk in shower. It is exactly what I had wanted. Mad City did an Excellent job replacing our shower for us. They had someone come and explain the whole process in detail. We picked out the colors and fixtures we wanted. They came and measured on a separate day. Then the day of the install the crew showed up when they said they would. Went over all of the details of our purchase. They explained everything that would be done that day. Covered the flooring from the front door to the bathroom. It was all finished in just a few short hours. When they left, we couldn’t even tell that construction had been in our home that day, besides the beautiful new shower. 10/10 would recommend!

We had Mad City tear out our old almost 50 year old shower and tub and installed a new walk in shower. We also had a window replaced by them. The process was easy and fast. The workers were able to remove the old tub and walls and finished the install within one day. They were very friendly and cleaned up like they were never there. We've been very happy with the new shower as it is very easy to clean and maintain. Highly recommend Mad City for a shower remodel and windows.

Installation was fast and smooth. And seller was very respectable on time and clean.

Everything was great, no missed appointments, and the installation was done in a half a day. I can feel and hear a difference right now (July 4th) between the old windows and new windows.

I was so impressed by his skill and craftsmanship. He not only took great care to cover the floors and keep everything protected, he also left things impeccably clean! Awesome employee, awesome job!! Mad City Windows & Baths installed all new windows in my house last Tuesday. Rich & Hunter Rager & John Holliday did a fantastic job with the install and had it done in a day! They were pleasant & efficient as was Dustin Arnold, the field rep who came becuz I had an issue with what I was expecting would be done with the interior window trim. It was my understanding with Ryan Guisinger that they were going to replace the interior trim as well due to mold issues. Unfortunately it wasn't written into my contract, so didn't happen. They did use mold kill spray & Dustin advised that I seal the interior trim with Kilz & paint to do a total mold stop. There won't be any more mold spread with the new windows fortunately. Dustin did give me a credit for the misunderstanding and also reimbursed me for the pizza lunch I bought for the guys. Overall, very pleased with the process, people and character of the team. Glad to have some high quality windows with a lifetime transferable warranty. Thank you!

Evan & his team recently completed our bathroom remodel, converting from a tub to a shower. We had HVAC in our old wet space which he had to relocate this as well. He was very informative of the process & made sure he had our input on where all hardware/shelving should be placed. They took great care in keeping all areas clean. We are extremely pleased with the transformation and can’t wait to do our next bathroom remodel with Mad-City & Evan.

Our installer was extremely friendly and helpful. He was on time, cleaned up his messes and best of all got the work done in a single day. He took his time to figure out where to put the seat and the best height.

Brandon Pierce and Nathan work hard and got the bathroom done fast! They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

We had all of our windows replaced around this time last summer (2024) and have been incredibly happy with the results. The team was friendly, prompt and professional at each phase of the process. Replacement windows aren't a small investment any way you look at it, but when you have reliable, trustworthy people to work with in getting the job done, it makes it worth it.

We have mainly been a DIY couple; however there comes a time when one needs to let the professionals do it. The tub became an obstacle similar to a Hurtle for us; thus, a walk-in shower was planned with Mad City. The process was easy, transparent, with "Made in the U.S.A." products that offered low maintenance, and warranty. It turned out beautiful.
