Great job replacing our cast iron tub for a shower. The salesman, installation, master plumber and supervisor were all great. Everything went smoothly as they had measured twice before the team arrived to do the work.

I was just in the beginning process of looking for a window installer when I had someone from Mad City knock on my door. Within a week I had someone come over for an appointment to demo the windows and give backstory; placed an order that day and within a month I had 5 new windows installed. Very easy and painless and the windows seem well worth the price

In March 2025 I had my kitchen cabinets redone. It was just one person doing all the work, which is a lot! He did a fantastic job and even stayed late one night to make sure the work was done. My kitchen looks great now!

Mad City was professional and on time in every regard. First, their salesman was honest and efficient in showing us that we needed a new stand-alone shower to replace our old cast iron tub and shower. They kept us informed of when installation could possibly take place and even scheduled us in earlier than projected. The installer called us before the installation was to take place and showed up on time. He expertly removed our old bathtub, the old wall tiles, and began laying out the shower floor on the first day. The following day, he installed the shower walls, shower head, and stainless steel hardware. This was all done in less than two days. Everything was cleaned up before he left the job. We are totally satisfied with the efficiency of the job and are completely satisfied with our new shower. We would highly recommend Mad City for a job well done from start to finish.

Mad City did a fantastic job installing our new windows, including leaving the old sashes for us to keep (as requested).

The were on time and finished the job before it started to rain. Outstanding job. Cleaned up after and cleaned windows before leaving. Showed us how easy the windows worked. Would hire again for another project.

Alex B did the install of my Shower/Tub combo and all I can say is he is amazing and did a great job. The finished product is amazing and well worth the month. It is one less thing I need to worry about in the future, their warranty is great. The project was completed as it was explained from the very start. Will definitely use Mad City again for any future projects.
