He had mad city.Come out and replace our bathtub shower area.They came at 8 AM and left 5 PM.The same day I was at work the entire time got home and never felt any inconvenience at all and we are in love with our new tub

I had our bathtub removed for a walk in shower. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done very quickly. We had a little issue with the shower head leaking but they came back and fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend.

Previous owners had “fixed” a cracked tub by placing a cheap tub insert over the top (which failed). Mad City came in and did a full demo, old cast iron tub removal, brand new tub, and updated plumbing all in 1 day - which was prefect because our house only has 1 bathroom. Looks great!

Mad City staff are incredibly efficient, friendly and knowledgeable! From the sales staff to the craftsmen/plumber who did the work on installation day! They answered all my questions and filled my dream of a beautiful bathroom! The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did to transform my 1962 bathtub/shower with molding window into a 2025 dream shower with a new multi-functional window!

Very good so happy with my new kitchen

Purchasing a household of windows and a brand new shower can be such a stressful decision. Luckily I have had previous experience with Mad City Windows and Baths and it was an easy decision to hire them again. Jack made the hour and a half drive to my house several times to help me get exactly what I wanted, and came up with some good ideas that I had not considered. He is truly a professional and so kind. He even discussed hobbies with my teenager and shared some of his homemade jerky with us! I thought that was so sweet. I never thought I would be able to afford all new windows with my shower, but he really helped me figure it out. I'm so incredibly excited and thankful that I made the call. The installers Ethan and Leon did a really amazing job. They didn't leave a speck of dust, and knew exactly what to do thanks to Shep coming out ahead of time and taking way more measurements than I even knew was necessary or possible. They were patient, and didn't seem bothered at all when I had to be in their work space. Even though I don't live in Madison anymore, I was so grateful that they made the long trek to my new home. As for the shower, I never knew that a shower could feel luxurious until now, and that is not an exaggeration. Finally my shower head is high enough for my very tall teenager, the shower surrounds the entire wall and ceiling, so I no longer have to worry about peeling paint, and they put a huge shower head that feels really great. The fixtures and shelves look gorgeous, and I was included in the placement decisions. My home is very tiny and we didn't have a lot of room to work with, but Jack and Shep figured out a way to use every single available inch of space. Since I plan on staying in my home until I'm old and may need accessibility issues someday, we thought ahead of that too. As a single mom, I feel good about the decision to treat myself to a gorgeous shower. No buyers remorse whatsoever. I can't wait for the guys to come back and install the windows that I never thought would be possible. Thanks again to everybody (receptionists included!) at the Mad City Windows and Baths team.

All phases of this project were to our satisfaction. The sales person was prompt and thorough. A senior installer came to do the exact measurements before material was ordered. The installation crew was very professional and did an excellent job with little disruption. Cleanup and a final going over were great.

Excellent service, installation, and courteous installers that resulted in superb finished product (including complete removal of old shower/tub) Would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their current shower/tub to new outstanding Mad City product!

Mad City Windows & Baths installed our new shower in April, accomplishing the renovation in just one day.

The windows are nice and enhanced my home. Installer was superior and professional!

The guys from Mad City came in, got the job done and they cleaned up their area as well. They were punctual, polite and answered any and all of the questions that I had. The supervisor came on-site to observe and check in, and he was pretty nice as well and gave me additional information that I didn't know I needed. The outcome was wonderful, and I love my new bath tub and shower.

The job was done very good I love my new stand up shower the installer was very informative and installed everything the way I asked and he was very polite and nice and even cleaned up after finishing I defiantly recommend them

Jorge and his crew did an amazing job, it was a one day intall and they cleaned up everything. If it wasn't for the new shower, you wouldn't have known they were there

Mad City Windows and Bath installed a new walk in shower for us. They removed the old tub, replaced the walls, installed new fixtures and fit it for our bathroom. This was done in only one day. Our installer Matt was very polite, personable and very efficient. We love our new shower. No more stepping over the tub sidewall! Happy in Collinsville.
