They did a great job!

Installers now was not the first place I got an estimate from. I got a couple estimates and I can say it was a no brainier. They estimate was lower than the others. Even more important to me was Levi, the guy that did the estimate was incredibly knowledgeable, very nice, and did a fantastic job some of the other places didn't even get on the roof to inspect it. Levi was always available and very helpful through the process. We are first time home buyers and this is the first big project we have done. We are planning on Windows in the future and without hesitation I will be calling installers now and won't even get any estimates elsewhere. The job was done very quickly and it looks amazing.

They came out the same day to see my roof problem. They promptly sent a quote. They answered my questions. They showed up on time to fix the problem and completed work in a timely manner.

They could have kept the customer better informed about the timeline for the repair work.

Installers Now just finished my new roof. The tear off and install were completed by 1:15 pm the second day. The crew was all business, VERY professional. There is no trace of the job left behind except my beautiful new roof. VERY clean which was a concern because of the dog. One of the men is in my driveway right now, sweeping everything and picking up any debris with a dust pan. LOVE this company!

I had some siding that was coming away from the house. It was just a small job but I couldn't do it myself. Levi came out at the appointed time and was able to pop it back in. Because it only took him a few minutes, he didn't charge me. Since I am on social security, that was greatly appreciated. Would definitely use again.

They got the job done quickly and listened to all of our needs and met them. I would rate them higher than a 5 if I could they were absolutely worth it and we will do business with them again in the future. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Requested a quote on my project and Ben was able to come over that same day and had a quote the next morning. Scheduling was quick and the finished product looks great. Another plus is they stand by their work if we still have a leak from the siding.

Ben Mancillas with Installers Now, LLC/ Windows, Siding and Roofing (608) 669-0828 just dropped by to give me an estimate for the casement window I have over my sink that wouldn't close, and while he was here he pulled the trim off the base of the stuck window, removed bent nails in the way, and screwed it back in solid! Window closes now!! He could have easily taken advantage of me and sold me a new window, but took the initiative to help me out by fixing it instead. I greatly appreciate his integrity! Although the window was fixed, I still wanted estimates for replacement windows and Ben covered all options that interested me. Even though he required no payment for helping me out, I was happy to offer him a tip! Ben is a really nice guy, very personable, professional, responsive/timely, clearly knew what he was doing, and his company does not do any subcontracting. While he was here, I also had him look at my vintage, wooden, back storm door and we discussed custom cladding the trim of the door, it's base step that's has been wearing away, and bottom of the door (I'd like to keep, but it's starting to rot). Ben was a joy to work with: no pressure or expectations, helpful, great customer service. I recommend him and Installers Now, and he's on the top of my contractor list for future projects!

This company does things only one way: the right way. They adhere to the golden rule, they do it like it is their own house. I highly recommend this company.
