The service was provided as requested. I recently moved from an area in Appleton and the service I used there included removing the existing spider webs. The nice gentleman from Elite didn't do that. It may not be part of the practice, but it was a nice thing for my other service person to do. Just as a suggestion.

Very professional. Arrived ready to tackle the millions of millipedes invading my home, the numbers dropped immediately, and I am not seeing them inside at all. I will have them come back 3 times a year.

I had two carpenter ants nest in my log cabin Steve came right on Time inspected the cabin for a half hour found the nest . He sprayed the entire cabin inside and out plus the basement. He returned two weeks later with no sign of any ants. I only wish he serviced the Milwaukee area to. A 5star company for sure.

Very prompt! We had two areas where wasps were living under our siding and I was worried someone would get stung. I called and Steve offered to come out that day! Wasps are gone. We also live on a lake and the spiders were taking over outside; spider webs were everywhere! Now we can enjoy our patio and deck areas without webs and spiders.

My experience was 100% positive. He managed to fit our job into a busy schedule so we could continue on our timeline with a remodel. He also took the time and initiative to take care of some problem areas around the yard so we didn't have potential problems later.
