Description of Work: they did a great job installing the leaf filter system. It is completely maintaince free. The did not clean up very well after themselves. They threw metal shavings into my leaf pile and when my grandson jumped into the leaves he was cut. They left shards of metal in my driveway, I had to sweep the driveway so I would not get a flat tire.

Description of Work: I set up an appointment and they called and rescheduled. I was not available to answer the phone but they came out anyway, without my OK. They were here for about 10 minutes and I'm not sure they did a complete job since I couldn't see the area.

Description of Work: In the big storms we had some overflowing gutters, due in most part to leaves and composted leaves. There are two sections of gutter on our house that are too high to clean out by ourselves. Leaffilter came to give us an estimate, and showed us why their product is superior to the other ones on the market. The presentation was simple, informative and well done. We decided to hire them and it happened that their crew could come the next day to install the gutter fittings. The crew was very professional and prompt. They removed the gutter hangers, which were no longer needed and cleaned the gutters before installing their product. We are completely happy with the experience and the gutters have been working well since they were installed.

Description of Work: Prompt sales apptmt follow-up to emailed submission of interest from newspaper ad. Install occurred in one day within a couple of weeks or less. Very skilled and conscientious installation team. On time and on budget. Watching closely during some furious downpours, the LeafFilter system seems to work as promised. Very pleased, and confident the leaf falling season will pass without problems.
