Al Polinski and his crew were professional, courteous, and treated my home with care. They arrived on time, took care to protect the lawn, and were meticulous about clean up. They replaced interior drain tile around three quarters of the basement and installed steel supporting columns on two walls. Al was honest about what needed to be done. He worked with his crew, including on his hands and knees finishing the concrete. The building inspector remarked later about the beautiful finish work. They finished the job well within the time stated. I would highly recommend Al and his crew.

I have done business with this company before and was impressed. But my latest dealing with them made me realize what an amazing business this is. I called Al out to look at a potential problem. He could have easily told me I needed a repair and have gotten my business. But instead he told me I did not need a repair and let me know how to fix the problem our self for very little cost. How often do you find people these days that are this honest and put the customers ahead of the almighty dollar? I would recommend Adonnis to anyone and would not hesitate to call them again if I needed basement repair.

Al and his crew did an outstanding job, continuing for three days till job was done. He took extra care not to rip up the lawn and perennial gardens by laying down industrial planks for all his excavating equipment till the job was done. Al takes great pride in leaving a work site in better condition than when he starts the job. Warranty work was provided to the new Buyers. This recommendation is being supplied by the Realtor, who recommended Adonnis Waterproofing to her clients and will definitely continue to recommend Adonnis Waterproofing for future clients. This contractor is outstanding. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous, the owner is very easy to get along with and provides excellent information, quick call backs and good service.

Al was great! We got multiple quotes on having water issues fixed in our basement. He was the 3rd company we had out and he walked me around the basement and pointed out the problem areas as well as explaining how it needed to be fixed. He presented us with 2 options because we explained that we were trying to sell the house and didn't want to spend a lot of money but we wanted it to be fixed properly. He also offered us a warranty that would carry over to the new owners. After he explained what he saw as the problems and gave us a price, I showed him the other 2 quotes we were given. He very looked them over and informed me that we were being ripped off and half the stuff on those quotes didn't need to be done. Then he walked the basement with me and showed me why. We then had a lengthy discussion on lack of integrity in the waterproofing business. He ended by saying that if we didn't go with him that's fine, but asked us to please make sure we know exactly what we are getting charged for before we sign a contract. We were ready to have him come and do the work and then unexpectedly got an offer on our house and they wanted to fix the basement themselves so we didn't end up needing the work done. We were almost sad to not give Adonnis our business. I say almost because I was relieved to not have to drop that kind of money on a house we were moving out of! I don't remember the exact numbers of the quote but I do know that it was at least 40% less than the other companies.

This company was awesome. They were professional and prompt each day. They cleaned up after each day of service. Their work was very well done. Even the inspector said he hadn't seen work this well done in a while! We were extremely pleased. The price may seem high, but they came in 4000 dollars lower than the other companies!

They arrived on the date agreed upon, their work was very need as basement work can be. The job was completed quickly and on time and on budget, repairs were made to the brick exterior of the house, there had been cracks from settling. The lawn was protected with planking to reduce repair and minimize damage. All the staff were well spoken and clean. Would highly recommend them.

I can't remember ever having had such a positive experience with a contractor as with Al at Adonnis Waterproofing. If you want a contractor whose expertise is top notch as well as someone who is very dedicated to his work and of the highest integrity, this is the company to choose. We had a major problem with our basement, but Al worked with us on every level to make certain that we can now enjoy a nice watertight basement and our home has maintained its value. This major repair turned out to be a great experience thanks to Al Polinski and his crew. Three basement walls were completely excavated, repaired, and waterproofed. Al was here every day working alongside his crew of three. The attention to detail was outstanding! Two crew members said, separately, that they treated my house as if it were their own. They all worked continuously all day, sometimes explaining what they were doing and why, and always doing outstanding work. Al also did things for me that other quoting contractors never mentioned and also did an extra task for a very nominal charge. I can't recommend Adonnis Waterproofing enough! This huge project for me went unbelievably smoothly, and I knew from the start that I was in experienced, highly competent hands. I wish all contractors were this good!

They did all right. I got 3 quotes. They did a good job. They came on time so they were punctual. They were professional.

He was great. He was great. He was excellent! We have a waterproofing problem in our basement. He suggested something we had not even thought of, that it may be related to underground wiring of our air-conditioning. We do need to solve this problem. We haven't been able to follow up yet. He was great. He also had a personality. He complimented us on some work we had done around the house recently. I felt it was some pretty creative problem solving there. We don't know if it is true as we have to get an air-conditioning specialist out. I was very impressed with him. He is out to solve the problem, not just get the job. He had really good integrity.

He was very particular about doing the work, told me exactly what they were going to do and then completed the job efficiently and left the basement very clean and looking great.

I met with Al the 15th of June, and the work was performed Sept. 4th- 7th. If I would not have waited until the busy season to get a bid I am sure the scheduling would have been tighter. He was the only one of 5 contractors I called who did not try to sell me work I did not want. His bid was also substantially cheaper than the other bids. The work went smoothly, with minor exceptions- my cable was cut by the backhoe, which I completely expected to happen. I would have preferred the window well to extend higher above grade, but I blame myself for not communicating exactly what I wanted and it isn't something I can't take care of. I am very satisfied with the service I received, and when it is time for the next step in my renovation I will most certainly call Al Polinski at Adonnis Waterproofing for a bid.

I recommended to Home Owner, to have the repairs done, prior to listing the home for sale. Owner took my advice, hired Adonnis Waterproofing and scheduled a time for the repairs. Al Adonnis contracted to have beam reenforcements delivered prior to date of repairs and had the beams installed properly on date selected. Al completed all remaining repairs (sealing cracks, waterproofing & ensuring subpump working properly). All repairs were completed on time and within his estimate. He provided a warranty of his work and the home owner was reassured that all basement issues were resolved. House was put on the market and sold within 60 days. When buyer had home inspection, no additional work was required for basement. Basement repairs completed prior to listing the home, allowed the Seller to focus on moving forward with the sale, worry-free! I have recommended to additional sellers to use Al Adonnis (Adonnis Waterproofing) for any basement repairs and have had the same results everytime. I would highly reommend Adonnis Waterproofing to anyone in need of a good, honest, reliable and trustworthy contractor who gets the job done right the first time!

They did a really nice job and did a lot of work. I was very satisfied. They were the lowest bidder. The prices went from $37000 to $24000. They were $24000. I like the quality and did not mess around. It took them about week and a half but it was a big job. They worked every day and were on time. They worked hard and got it done and still satisfied with it.

All the work required was done very professionally. They were very careful with my property, and went to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction. Carefully explaining the work needed and making sure everything was cleaned up, and left as it was prior to them starting. The work took 3 days to complete which was what was planned when they started.

The job went smoothly, but did take longer than expected (due to the extensive work on the west wall).

Did an excellent job and also had the lowest bid. He had to tear up the sidewalk and stoop and replaced those. The work is excellent and no issues today.
