They were really quick and did a good job.

The job went great from the very first call. Tim ''TJ Hooker'' was an excellent person to work with. He gave me a honest estimation and was right on the money. The crew was on time and were very respectful to our property. The seamless gutters flow right with our house and add an accent to the roof line. I'm very pleased with the customer service LG offers as well as their warranties. Overall, the gutters look outstanding. With both a new roof and new leafguard gutters, I can't wait till the next rain or snow.

THE MATERIALS WERE DELIVERED THE DAY PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, WHICH WAS COMPLETED IN A DAY, EXCEPT FOR HAVING ONE LESS CORNER MITER THAN NEEDED. WHEN THAT WAS INSTALLED, IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR, WHICH WE NOTICED BEFORE THEY DID. WHEN WE TOLD THEM ABOUT IT, THEY SAID THEY'D RUN OUT OF THE MATCHING COLOR. IT RAINED BEFORE THEIR RETURN, & WE NOTICED SEVERAL LEAKS, WHICH THEY SEALED WHEN THEY REPLACED THE CORNER. A FEW WEEKS LATER, WE NOTICED A FEW MORE LEAKS & DECIDED TO CHECK THE WHOLE HOUSE MORE CAREFULLY. AS WE DID, WE SAW DAYLIGHT BETWEEN SOME OF THE 2ND STORY GUTTERS & FASCIA. I CALLED THEM AGAIN. THEY RETURNED TO SEAL MORE LEAKS AND INSTALL THE FLASHING THAT HAD ERRONEOUSLY BEEN OMITTED. WE'VE HAD NO LEAKS SINCE.

While we are ultimately happy with the performance of the product, the sales call and installation process left much to be desired. The sales agent didn't make us aware of design options, so last minute changes had to be made during installation. Significant discounts are given if you are willing to make a decision on the day of the estimate, so be forewarned. The installation crew had one great guy and one slacker. Unfortunately, the slacker was in charge of cleaning up our yard. The yard was left full of gutter debris and nails. So many nails were left, we rented a magnetic sweeper and pulled over 45 nails and many, many small gutter pieces out of our yard. Their poor site clean up was a bummer for us, our dog ended up with a nail in his shoulder, which required a trip to the emergency clinic and stitches. I spoke to a Midwest Leaf-guard management team member and shared our experience and let them know I was an Angie's list member, they were and remain non-responsive.

They drove all the way out to them and told us that their product was not needed. They told us that since we didn't have any tall trees around, their product would be an unneeded expense. We really appreciated their honesty.

The salesperson, Rick, was very good at explaining product and responding to voicemails. Needed to have the installers come out and redo some of the work because the gutters didn't work properly in certain places initially. Felt the overall operation of the gutters was not as good as we expected.

I was very impressed with the leafguard system. Appeared extremely well manufactured, offered a nice variety of colors, and came with an unbeatable no-clog guarantee and warranty. But the price was an absolute dealbreaker at around $3600--over $2000 more than we wound up paying to have a reputable gutter shop replace everything with high quality standard gutters. The kicker was that the other shop could retrofit a leafguard "helmet" in the future--and still be under the Leafguard price.

I could have gotten new gutters installed along with my roofing job and saved quite a bit of money but they would not even compare to these LeafGuard gutters and downspouts. These covered gutters are over-sized for maximum drainage even in severe storms and are guaranteed not to clog (not a problem in the first year I've had them).

They were great, however their price was $500 too high. So I went with another vendor from Angies List.

My old gutters clogged at least twice a year with tree debris. A friend heartily recommended leafguard gutters. He's had his for 3 years now and has never cleaned them. My neighbor was interested as well so she called and arranged for a free estimate. I was not home, but she was very very impressed with them. We went ahead and scheduled them. Again, I was not home when they arrived to install them, but my neighbor really liked the installers. The gutters look great, but we haven't had a real hard rain yet. They did leave a bit of debris in the driveway, and I found some tree debris in a few areas around the house that obviously came from my old gutters. But overall I think they did a great job. A lot of contractors don't clean up anything. At least they got most of it!

Midwest Leafguard provided a quote within a few days of my request. The salesperson answered all of my questions, and provided a detailed quote and layout drawing. After I placed my order, the raw materials were delivered to my home a few days prior to the installation date. The actual installation only took 2.5 hours. The installers were experienced and personable. They also cleaned up the debris from my old gutters. Although the price was more than standard gutters, the lifetime no clog guarantee is well worth the extra cost.

Did a great job, I had to call them back for one item that was unfinished, but it was finished. When I called the office about the unfinished item, she offered to have them come back for $250, I said 6' of space wasn't worth that. She asked what I would pay, and I said $25 and that's what they did it for. She had no clue what needed to be done.

So far, we have been very pleased with the work. The crew members were polite and professional and, overall, they did a thorough and accurate job. The installers were also able to handle well a few of our last-minute requests. We are quite happy with our new gutters, but we still need to test them under a heavy rain conditions.

Very pleased with the appearance and installation (although it hasn't rained yet). Salesman and installers prompt and very friendly. Only complaint is that they didn't sweep up aluminum shavings left by chop saw on sidewalk.

Sales people did not seem that professional to me. They ended up misquoting a few things in the initial estimate that we then had to rework. Also, I felt the price was VERY high for what we got. We only got gutters on the front of the house, not the back or the garage. However, we went with them because we felt their gutter system was the simplest/best. Their clean-up was terrible afterwards. I had to call the company to ask them to come back out and clean up further. At that point, the person on the phone acted like I was annoying them! They did come out to clean though, and the person they sent did a very thorough job. I just wish they'd have done it on their own first.

The salesperson was on time and friendly. He was thorough in his information. They did not arrive on day they were suppose to do installation because they got behind at a previous customer. That would have been fine, but I had to call them instead of them calling me to let me know. The installation only took about 3 hours, according to my neighbors. Good job but I think they should have wiped down gutters to take the visible dirt off. I may have been pickey but being they were new I did not like seeing the dirt on them.

Rich was very informative. His estimate was a bit higher than others I received but I feel the most comfortable with Rich. I'm going to call them back today and have them come out to do the work for me.

Quick and friendly bid - they left color samples which were helpful. I was a little confused on their scheduling process - the require 1/3 down payment before they will schedule, but then waited several weeks to schedule until just prior to the install date. Took about 3 weeks. My main issue with this company is in regards to downspout location. They recommended a location that actually drained onto the border of our property - which our neighbors quickly pointed out the Minneapolis city ordinance (Title 3, Chapter 56.90 Downspout placement) stating that gutter downspouts must drain to the front and back of the property! Be informed about this - as their contract form asks you to sign approval of downspout location. They needed to be better adviser's in this considering they are the experts. Thankfully Katy in their office was helpful in getting this corrected at no additional charge - but it took several calls and about 6 weeks for them to return and fix it!

They did our house and garage in a day. We're very pleased with the way everything turned out. Ice still continues to sit on top of the gutter cover, but they do look nice and work well. Although, in a real hard rainstorm water goes over the gutter, and they already said they'd correct it.

BRET CAME OUT FOR THE ESTIMATE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PUNCTUAL. THE GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED BEFORE THE TIME ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED, WHICH WAS NICE. THE END PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL, CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR MESS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. I'M NOW EXCITED FOR A HARD RAIN STORM.

THEIR INITIAL RESPONSE FOR A BID WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. ANDY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT. I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS RECOMMENDATION THAT JUST ONE DOWNSPOUT WAS NECESSARY ON THE BACK OF MY HOUSE AS THE OLD SECOND EXTENSION WAS ALWAYS A BOTHER WHEN MOWING AND BLOWING SNOW OFF THE WALK. INSTALLATION WAS TIMELY, PERFECT, WITH NO MESS OR LANDSCAPE DAMAGE. THESE GUTTERS ARE A DREAM AND NO MORE FRETTING ABOUT CLOGS - I LOVE RAIN NOW! PRICING WAS HIGHEST OF THE BIDS I RECEIVED, BUT WITH A LOT OF MATURE TREES AROUND IT IS WELL WORTH IT FOR A NO-CLOG GUARANTEE. THEY ALSO LOOK GREAT.

VERY GOOD. JASON WAS ON TIME, PERSONABLE, AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD. HE DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANY MORE THAN WHAT I WANTED. ONCE WE AGREED ON THE CONTRACT, THE JOB WAS DONE W/IN TWO WEEKS. THEY WERE NEAT AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS GREAT.

CAME TO THE HOUSE PROMPTLY TO MEASURE, REVIEW OUR OPTIONS AND DELIVER BID. WE WANTED GUTTERS THAT WILL NEVER CLOG AND LIKED LEAFGAURD'S GUARANTEES (WE DID A LOT OF PRODUCT RESEARCH). THEY INSTALLED ON SCHEDULE AND IN JUST ONE DAY, LEAVING ABSOLUTELY NO MESS! THE GUTTERS ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT QUALITY, WORKMANSHIP, AND ACCOUNTABILITY WERE IMPORTANT TO US. NICE JOB!

MEETING THE ESTIMATOR NEVER HAPPENED AS HE CANCELLED ON ME TWICE, AND THE THIRD TIME, SHOWED UP EARLY AND LEFT BEFORE OUR APPOINTMENT TIME, WHICH WAS SCHEDULED AFTER WORK. HOWEVER, EVEN THOUGH THE BID NEEDED TO BE REDONE OVER THE PHONE (HE ESTIMATED ALL 4 SIDES OF THE HOME AND I ONLY WANTED TWO) IT WAS PRICED CORRECTLY AND THE WORK PERFORMED EXTREMELY WELL. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A DOWNSPOUT LOCATION (WRONG LOCATION) AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT THE NEXT DAY. BESIDES NOT BEING ABLE TO MEET WITH THE ESTIMATOR, IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I LOVE MY NEW GUTTERS! IF YOU ARE THINKING OF THESE KIND OF GUTTERS, AND YOU HAVE LOTS OF TREES, DON'T DELAY, YOU WILL LOVE THEM!

WE KNEW THESE WERE THE MOST EXPENSIVE GUTTERS, BUT THIS IS WHAT WE WANTED ON OUR HOUSE SO WE GOT NO OTHER ESTIMATES. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND THE INSTALLATION WAS COORDINATED WITH THE COMPANY THAT WAS DOING OUR STUCCO REPAIR SO EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. INSTALLATION WAS DONE WELL AND ALL THE MESS WAS CLEANED UP. WE HAVE HAD THESE GUTTERS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AND ARE WELL PLEASED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND HOW WELL THEY WORK--NO MORE GUTTER CLEANING!
