Browns Car Care

All maintenance and repairs were according to estimate. Happily I was able to take advantage of their courtesy shuttle.

From the very first mile, the transmission leaked. I returned to get the leak fixed at 800 miles, they said that they tightened a fitting, it still leaked. I returned 2 times to get the leak stopped and the transmission still leaks, now the warranty has run out.
I will need to get the leak fixed by another repair shop and will need to pay out of pocket for it.

The car is running great and the work is guaranteed for 18 months or 18,000 miles. I will be using Brown's again.

I had a burned out Prius headlamp, and they are notoriously difficult to reach. I stopped by Brown's Car Care and within 5 minutes they'd replaced my bulb inexpensively, and I was ready to go! They were very courteous and helpful, and close to home.

The overall work went pretty well because I got in at 11'o clock in the morning, and it was ready to be picked up by 8'o clock. I was able to get through to them in a day. They called me about two hours later and said that they were able to find out what was wrong. The final bill was a little bit lower than what they told me they thought it would be. It is always better to schedule an appointment than taking the vehicle at the last moment.

They are timely. When ever they have given me the quote they have stayed within one or two percent of what they have quoted. They are prompt and they do pretty much everything. They take care of the problem within a day or two unless they have to order the parts. They are prompt and affordable.

They always get the job done when they say that they will. They always leave my car clean and return it to me in good order. They have reasonable prices. They have a standard labor rate. I have had no problems with them at all. There has been one hiccup since I began working with them. I most recently brought my vehicle in for a service and they told me that I should have my transmission rebuilt, however the company that they referred me to said that they would not guarantee the work. They did all of the work of looking everything up and doing all of the research for me. They did not charge me for the inspection either.
