They are excellent; I have been going to them for 20 years. I have always had my work done there a very long time. They are very honest and let me know what I need to do in the future, what needs to be done now and what to look forward to. They are reliable.

I LOVE taking my car to KM Automotive! They are professional, respectful, and have demonstrated to me that they are trustworthy.
It's been really refreshing to work with them because they offer me the option to replace parts or make a repair to save money. I love it that they treat me like they think I am smart by explaining things to me which empowers me to be an informed decision maker.

I used them for years for both of our cars and I feel that he is really honest. He will tell you the truth. He does a good job. I think their prices are low and I think they are in the middle. About the service and crew I think they have always done a good job and they have listen to what your problem is and that is important and I just trust them. I feel he is always been truthful and honest with the problems of the car has. He always told me what is something needs to be done immediately or if I can wait or top priority what I have to have done. I think he keep me up to date as well on things you should be aware like if I need a timing belt or replace a spark plugs that kind of stuff at least do kind of diagnostics. He told me what he found I think the biggest thing was my husband's Honda transmission was going out and he told my husband I think that's the problem with the Honda and I could do it but you should check first with Honda first and turned out he was right. Honda was doing transmission for free since there was a problem with the transmission that they had so I thought that was pretty honest. He gave other free options to go with. If my husband has a minor problem with the car he just took them down there and he came out look at it and fixed it and said he didn't charge. He was recommended by several people. If he cannot fixed the problem he will tell you. For pricing it's hard for me to rate because we have taken the things to him for so long I wouldn't know but I think he has good pricing. If ever our cars has problem that's where we would go to.

Took my Jeep in for unknown noises and possible tuneup They did a checkup for me and only the bits of the tune-up that were needed - cost me a lot less than I thought I would. They were very prompt, polite and honest. Very happy with the service!

We have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan with 91,000 miles. I was told by the dealer, last Fall, that the transmission solenoid pack had a slight leak. They quoted $430 plus tax to replace. I did some checking and found that this is a common problem with our van and it is in a place in the engine that is difficult to reach. I took it to Kand M and they confirmed the leak. They ordered the part and replaced it in one day. The total charge, including parts, labor, and tax, was $428. They are very professional and do quality work. I would use them again and would recommend them to friends.

My car wouldn't start and I was pretty sure that the starter motor had gone bad. I checked the battery with a volt-meter and the voltage was fine. I had the car towed to K and M and they quickly determined that problem actually was just the battery. They checked the charging system, verified that everything was working fine, and installed a new battery. When I picked up the car, he explained that the battery voltage needed to be tested under load in order to get a valid voltage reading. He was very courteous and didn't make me feel like an idiot for thinking that I had a bad starter motor when it was just a bad battery.

Great. Emailed to get quote for the service. Response was quick and detailed. Day of service was easy. Dropped off at 8a, picked up at 4p. Actual price was less than quoted. I did have a small leak that needs to be serviced but it was well communicated with an honest time frame needed to address the problem. I am very happy with my new mechanic.

They changed the oxygen sensors and carried out a couple of other small repairs. We paid $800 which was a very fair price. We consulted with the dealership and another company. It was a considerable saving. They were extremely courteous. They were recommended to us by very good friends. We were told that they were really honest and would not try to make us spend on what the car did not need. The quality was work was very good.

We also get the oil changed. If there is anything else, they call us. We let them know to continue on. We have been going here for about 4 years. The thing I appreciate the most is that they do good work and their price, if they give me an estimate, it is within pennies of what they say it will be. We haven't had unpleasant surprises with our bill here.

We have taken different cars to them and they have always been so very honest with us. Transmissions cost a lot of money so we didn't end up fixing the Cherokee. We will keep using their mechanics because they are top notch and very trustworthy.
