Our house looks much better and Taylor provided some low cost, helpful suggestions for dealing with some drainage challenges around the house. Taylor communicated consistently and helpfully, had great suggestions for improving the look and functioning of the gutter system and managed his team very effectively. They arrived early the day of install, were thoughtful and considerate around the house/property and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

Note: I had fascia boards and screens installed, so the approximate cost of service may seem high, but it was very competitive. In a word, it went "fantastic". It was easily one of my best contractor experiences. Taylor came out the same day I asked for bids, walked me through everything, gave me lots of options and was very personable and genuine. I had three others bid the same job, some taking as long as a week to come out and High Point was very competitive on price and "vibe". On the day the work was scheduled they arrived promptly, let me know they were there, did a final once over of what work would be performed, answered all of my questions, installed everything quickly and then walked me through what work was done. They left the job site cleaner then they found it -- even doing things I wasn't expecting. I would elaborate, but I don't know if I was extended a courtesy because the color and gauge gutter I wanted took longer to arrive then we were expecting... Based on the crew, I'd wager it's part of their normal offering, but I'm sensitive to the fact that my review may set an expectation. Suffice it to say, I was very, very happy with the work that was performed and am disappointed that gutters last as long as they do because I may not get to work with them again. Seriously, I can't recall the last time I actually wanted it to rain. :)

Called prior to and punctual. After a quick inspection, the repair option was chosen. Work was performed on site immediately. Great job.

After an initial meeting for the estimate, we decided to go with Taylor at High Point Gutter. He's local and is the own/operator. His estimate was also extremely competitive. Great communication, and follow-up. Job was performed as expected in a timely manner.

The tam was very punctual and work went as expected with no issues. The team worked quickly to get the job done all while doing a quality job. They took the time to talk to us about our questions and drainage concerns and address all of the concerns and after finishing doing a thorough walk through to discuss the job and make sure we were happy.

It went really well. Gutter was install beautifully, and they corrected some mistake the roofer did to make the gutter work better. Taylor and his crew showed up on time installed all the gutter the same day. When I arrived later and request a change, they even come back the same day to complete the work. The next day after gutter install, it starts to rain. We were able to see the gutter works as it should. Strongly recommend them to anyone who needs gutter works.

The job went very well. The quality of the installation is very good. Gutters and downspouts work very well and the installation looks very good, much better than it did prior to the work being accomplished. Taylor is very personable, communicative, and willing to listen. We would hire him again without hesitation.

High Point did an excellent job and were very enjoyable to work with. They were very accommodating with my fussiness over details (I am an architect). One recommendation for both them and anyone looking to hire them is to make sure an estimator comes out to the hosue and that the scope of work is well defined. There were a few bits of misunderstanding what was in the job or not that caused the price to go up higher than I thought. Otherwise, I highly recommend this company.

Easy. Taylor and Peter arrived as promised. They were friendly and easy-going. They took care of the jobs that needed to be done and cleaned up. Great, project took longer than expected because of more rot. Let me know when he was coming out. Repaired rotted sections of wood with good quality lumber - other companies were going to use 2x4s. More expensive than expected but this was also due to rot. Super responsive, recommended painters. Willing to come out and remove downspouts to help painters work.

EXCELLENT! I LOVE my new gutters! I chose the color gray to match the roof instead of the white trim. That way, I don't have to look at muddy, algae slime on white anymore. Taylor did a excellent job! He has a work ethic that I have not seen in years........on-time, careful attention to detail, very professional, fair price, even skillfully handled the downspouts to accommodate my rain barrel system. Taylor cleaned my roof & applied moss killer where needed. Very nice gentleman! This is the guy you want to do your gutter work!

It was good. They did additional work for us. They do good work. It took them a couple of days. Two guys came out.

Very well. Taylor is responsive and responsible. He did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it. I let him know when the drain work was complete and he responded right away with an appointment. Because the minimum charge is $250, he offered to replace the plastic deck system with metal gutters, so I feel I got my moneys worth and improved the quality of the deck. Taylor arrives on time and is very pleasant to work with. The gutters look great. Very good experience.

Called right back, came out in 2 days for quote and back when scheduled to do the work. Very professional and kind young man. Will call them again when the weather clears for additional repairs.
