It went very well. They did a really nice job. If I had to use them again, I would.

Service was very professional and up front with costs. I appreciated that the employee was honest with me about how much work was needed and did not charge me for what he did not need to do. Cleaned up afterwards too.

From the first phone call, for an estimate to completion of the job (pressure washing both roofs) this was undoubtedly the best company we've ever used. The young gentleman was here promptly at the time they had indicated. He worked hard and explained each step he was doing, as he was doing it. Meticulous in every part of the job and especially in cleaning up! Every employee we dealt with was polite, professional and efficient! Thanks, AAA-1 Roof Company for a job well done!

They were awesome. They were amazing. They did a great job. They came out. They were quick. They knew we were in trouble and came out and fixed it. They did not rip us off. It was a bad situation and they did not take advantage of it. They just came out and did the job. They got us all cleaned up. I noticed that when they cleaned the roof, they really cleaned up afterwards. There wasn?t a bunch of debris laying all over my yard. My yard was cleaner than it was when they arrived. They just took the time to clean up after themselves. It was very much appreciated. They repaired a patch on my roof. The repair was really inexpensive. It costed a couple of hundred dollars at the most. They cleaned and treated it. That ended up pulling the cost closer to about $3000. We had a lot of missing shingles and what not that needed to be cleaned up. The initial repair that they needed to help us with was to keep the water from coming into the house. It costed us less than $200. We got a very fair price.

It was fine and straight forward. They did what they said they would do. There weren't any glitches. There was a coupon special on the price. I didn't have any unmet expectations. I felt that the price was reasonable. The quality turned out perfect. They came right when they said they would. The office staff was good and the people who came to do the work were respectful.

Excellent experience. "Average" roof is about $450 karen said, but ours was (1) Concrete (fragile if you don't know what your doing - only 2 guys do concrete) (2) Twice as large as "average" (4000 ft.) and (3) high pitched. So, it would seem the price was actually OK. Work excellent, cleanup immaculate, roof looks great.

FANTASTIC. I spent quite a bit of time with Karen on the phone, with her going over the invoice, and various discounts I'd get if I did all the work at once, as well as an explanation of the services that would be performed. Because this was a big expense, I ended up waiting almost two months between the initial quote and the end work, and they were quite understanding about that. They sent one worker, and he came and completed the entire project on his own without us needing to be home. Our house is sparkling clean, the roof looks great, and the driveway and walkway look better than they ever have. We are quite pleased with the work they did and the attention they paid.

my cedar shake roof was black and mossy, at least 2 years overdo for cleaning. I was concerned about shakes blowing off during cleaning, but only lost 1! I am amazed at how it looks- like a brand new roof. Gutters and downspouts were cleaned well. Lenny cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away.

Alvaro, the leak specialist was prompt and very good. However, the price was quite high for less than one hour's work. I was told the price would be less if the job turned out to be small. I had my Angie's list coupon to receive a discount but I was told after the fact that they would not honor it because I had a tile roof. You can read the coupon - it says it applies to any roofing repair or job.

I have very high expectations from everyone that I employed. And, they exceeded my expectations.

A neighbor recommended AAA-1 because they've used them for years. They did an excellent job; gave us several options in the bid with pro's/con's that helped us select the best choice given the age of our roof. Scheduling was easy and occurred within 10 days of calling. The service van was self-contained so I didn't need to come home. The roof looks great, this is a roof the prior owner neglected and it's been tough to get it in shape.

Once the weather cooperated, the work was accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. The workman kept me apprised of the progress. There were no surprises.

I called/emailed 5 companies from Angie's List & this company was the ONLY one who replied. Karen was wonderful to deal with & knew exactly what I needed to have done. She provided me with an estimate for the necessary work (a description of which I was able to provide due to the wonderful Alan from A Better Roofing). I was given 2 discounts, one fore scheduling within 3 days & another for paying by check. We scheduled for 2 days later & Alvarro came out & worked for 3 hours in the pouring rain. Alvarro mentioned to me that I would need to do a tear off when I did replace the roof since I do have 3 layers on the roof already. They also provided me with a 1 year guarantee. I am so completely impressed with this company!

When I first called, I got a voice mail back from Karen saying they might not be able to get the estimate done for several days. Then, she called 2 days later to give me the estimate. They offered a discount if I scheduled within 3 days. Once they got there it went great--they arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up. Minimal mess from multiple skylights, and exterior doors, but theyd sent instructions ahead of time to prepare me for this. The price was more than some others, but wed used them before and knew theyd do a good job.

They were easy to work with, accommodated my schedule. Did my roof and my neighbors', were priced competitively. They could do clear or tinted treatment, applied same day as cleaned. They brought their own shakes to repair/replace damaged ones. We hadn't washed our roof in years, so it was a real mess. He messed up our garden around the house washing all that stuff off, but honestly, there was no way to avoid it. He rinsed everything down well afterward, but the plants are hard to clean!

It was easy to schedule an appointment with the company, however, the employee was late in arriving at our house. He did an excellent job in inspecting our roof and replacing the broken tiles.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY COMPETENT, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, HAD COMPETITIVE PRICING.
