AAA-1 ROOF CARE

We sent out bid requests to five different companies. AAA-1 was the only company to send out an estimator. Their quote came back in the general ballpark of all other quotes, but slightly less. Loved their driveway/patio pressure washing deal. We're very pleased with how well they did as well as how responsive their office team is. Since the prior homeowners never had the roof cleaned, quite a bit of debris came down some of which landed on our neighbor's back patio. Leo stuck his pressure washer over the fence and sprayed off their patio, which helps us to maintain positive neighbor relations. :) Overall, we were amazed out how thorough Leo was; he really worked hard out there. We have already referred AAA-1 to a neighbor and look forward to working with them again in the future. Thanks!

Arrived timely with final cost under preliminary quote. Very knowledgeable and diligent in getting the work complete with excellent clean-up of debris.

Very responsive service - office made sure we were prepared for the cleaning - workers outstanding - large complicated roof and they stuck with the job all day well into darkness coming back the next day to finish.

Great job. We were pleased with the quick response to provide an estimate. We received 3 bids from Angie's List providers and all were in the general ballpark. We selected AAA1 based on the friendliness of the office manager and estimator (Randy). Communication was excellent. The roof and gutter cleaning went very well. He was prompt and although the job took longer than anticipated, there were no complaints (from him or us). Excellent job, including the clean up of debris and moss from the roof. Will use their services again and recommend to others.

Leo from AAA1 Roof Care showed up on time, very professional, nice, courteous, explained the process, went over the checklist which AAA1 had emailed to us prior to our scheduled cleaning date to make sure we had done our prep work about moving plants, outdoor furniture, etc. away from house and move our convertible out of the garage - just in case water would leak. Well, not one drop on garage floor after Leo left and I had laid out towels under the 4 skylights in the house - they too were totally dry. Roof looks very nice and clean - like new. Will use them again in 2 years when treatment needs to be reapplied. We just moved here from Texas and having a roof cleaned is a totally new experience for us. I think this company gave a fair price for the job involved and the amount of time it took to accomplish. Leo was here about 3 hours. Thank you for a nice job!

After checking the reviews for AAA-1-Roof Care on Angie's list I gave them a call. I called them on Friday April 20th and asked if they could do an estimate. I talked to Karen she said they were closed on the weekend but would have someone out to take a look at my roof the following week. The man that did the estimate was here on Monday the 23rd. My estimate was sent to me by e-mail on the 24th followed up with a phone call. I talked with Karen again on Tuesday the 24th and we made an appointment for 9-9:30 today April 25th. Gilbert the man that cleaned my roof was here at 9:15 and within a couple of hours my roof was nice and clean and the treatments applied. Gilbert cleaned everything up cleaned my gutters, the siding on the house where the roof water had splashed on it, my driveway, sidewalks and patio. When gilbert left all I had to do was admire my clean roof. It was such a pleasure to work with this company and will call them again for any tune up's I may need.

I am satisfied with the services provided. I would use them again.

I was not happy with AAA-1 Roof Care. Their price was very high. I can still see mold on my roof. I will not use them again.

When I placed the call to AAA, I was not pleased with how they handeled the situation. They were not willing to come out and even take a look at the roofing job. They must not need the business.

I called and talked to a very friendly lady, Karen, ( to get a quote for cleaning my roof and gutters on Thursday. The next day Randy stopped by the house while I was at work for the estimate. My roof was a higher pitch (7/12 or 8/12) which usually costs more, but they waved that charge. They had an late cancellation for the next Monday morning, so I took the appointment. Monday morning, the temperature was below 30 F. Gilbert was scheduled to arrive at 9:30, but we delayed it because of all the frost. He arrived around 11 when things had warmed up a bit. I helped him put down a tarp and showed him where the faucets were. He took over from there and I went to work. When I got home, the roof was clean, gutters empty, my deck was cleaner than I had left it. One small plant did get a little smooshed but I'm not worried about it. All in all, a good experience.

Quick response to estimate request and follow-up on pricing details were appreciated as well as explaining the process for pressure washing roof and applying moss control as well as gutter cleaning. Karen in the office was great to work with as was the gentleman that did the roof. I'm pleased and my mossy roof is back to looking like it's brand new.

They did an exceptional job of cleaning. The scheduling was fast -- they were out in about 4 business days. I think that due to the fact that we have Gutter Glove on our gutters, the crew did not anticipate how much roof debris would come down off of the roof and hit the ground. There was one small area that had a lot of debris come off of the roof. The crew missed that small area during their cleanup as the entire area around the house was very clean, except for that one area. When we contacted them to let them know that an area was missed, they were really apologetic and immediately sent someone out to clean it up. The roof looks great, they treated it with a moss preventer, and will contact us again in 3-5 years for another cleaning and application. These people are friendly and prompt. I would not hestitate to use them again. They were more money than others, but we felt that they did an exceptional job cleaning our roof.

I would rate them A grade. If needed, I would use them again in the future too.

Communication was excellent from the beginning. The office manager contacted me from the beginning and gave me great detail on the bid process, who they would send out, what would happen and why this person was the best for the job. They checked in before the job several times making sure we understood what was going to happen and what we needed to do to prepare. When the technician was late, the office called to tell me why he was late. Turned out he was shopping for the right color match for repairing the roof tiles. Once there, Alvaro got straight to work, explained the process. As the job went on, he found significant damage in a couple of spots and repaired them without altering the bill. The cleanup afterwards was incredible. You didn't know they were there except for that the roof was clean. There was a great deal of dirt and debris so this was actually quite exceptional. After he was finished, Alvaro did a walk-around with me to show me other things I might need to take care of later and review the job. Overall from office manager to the bidder to Alvaro, this place is professional and top-notch. I would highly recommend this company. They are not the cheapest, but their service is exceptional and we have high confidence in the end product.

They were prompt, did good job, prices reasonable, and they were available. Very responsive & fairly quick. They let me know what was going on. I didn't have to watch over them. Yes would use them again.

The owner was very nice, but the worker did not do a very good job cleaning.

Leo showed up at the scheduled time, performed the work in the expected 3-4 hours. He sprayed the roof clean of moss and piles of fir needles. Cleaned the gutters and siding and windows. He sprayed the windows after the roof cleaning so well that I will not have to worry about cleaning them later in April as I had expected to do.

Things turned out well as they did a good, thorough job. I felt that the price was reasonable. I really like that their workers have been a part of the company for 10+ years. They also advised me of the condition of my roof, which I felt was very helpful and provided information for gutter work. Part of their service also includes putting a retardant on the roof. I would recommend them to others.

Overall we had a good experience. We were able to quickly get an estimate of $2000 and they scheduled us less than a week after our first contact. Their staff showed up at the appointed time and went to work. After cleaning the roof they found a lot more damaged shakes then expected. Repairs required another day and half worth of work. Lenny, the fellow that did most of our job, was a very hard worker. On Saturday the shingle oil was applied. I was satisfied with the work and would use them again.

From the time I phoned to receive the estimate to the completion of the work it went smoothly. The estimate was conducted within a few days of my call. I received a phone call and follow up email with quote. Once we commited to work, it commenced soon after. It was completed in just a few days.

They were great. They are expensive but I was able to do it all in one stop with the cleaning, repair and gutters and that was worthwhile. I have been looking for awhile and it was very hard to find one company to do all three things and it was very convenient.

Just ok. When called to follow up with questions about the job performed the response was slow. Owner who initially came out to give bid (immediately i may add) did not call back for some time. Although we came to an agreement only because there was nothing more i could do, i would warn to read the fine print. Owner's reply to complaints to remedy situation and misunderstanding was "I am in this business to make money, not give away services". We did not expect free services, just our money's worth.
