 + -1 moreWhat a great group to do business with. Roger showed up on time and prepared deatiled proposal for replacing some of our gutters. His price was well within out budget. He said it would be a couple weeks before they could get to our job and that was fine with us. He called later in the day and said because our project was rather small they could sqeeze us in hte next day by noon. Jacob and his crew showed up at 9am and proceeded to tear out the old and install the new. When they finished you couldn't even tell they were here except for the nice neew gutters. Great job guys and thank you!
Description of Work: Replace about 180' of rain gutter. Hauled away all the old gutters and cleaned up all debris.

 + -1 moreMy experience with this company was great. They are very professional, prompt, respectful, and provide excellent quality work. I would most definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had a gutter that had not been installed properly by the builder of my home. It never drained completely and as a result it had rusted out after 11 years. Roger came out the day after I called him - arriving exactly at the agreed upon time. He assessed my situation and told me he could replace the gutter and that it would be installed properly, so that it would drain completely. I agreed to have him do the work. The very next day, I returned home in the afternoon after running several errands to discover I had a brand new gutter. It drains completely as Roger promised it would, and it looks beautiful. I was amazed at how quickly the work was done, and how spotless they left my property afterward.

 + -1 moreand I highly recommend Citywide Custom Gutters. First they are a local company and that was something important to me. When they came out and did the quote, the experience was great. They were efficient, timely, friendly and gave good information beyond simply the price quote. The price quote had multiple options which were clear and easy to understand so there were no surprises. The job was done exactly as quoted and there were no extra charges. The work was done with very good quality, they finished on time and cleaned up like they weren't even there.
Description of Work: This job was a complete replacement of existing gutters, it included new downspouts and Leaf Relief (Alcoa product which is a thin aluminum plate that lays in the top of the gutter - it has holes that allow the water to flow through but they are small enough to keep the debris on top of the gutter instead of going in it; I have noticed no overtopping of water or clogging, but I haven't yet gotten up top to sweep the cedar droppings off which are easy to get at; not meant to be a complete no maintenance system just makes it a lot easier).

 + -1 moreThere were leaks in two areas after the installation, so I call them to come back for repair. It takes them couple of weeks, but they were eventually done. After the installation, the workers just left without any note, so I had to assume it was all completed. I wish that there is some kind of note or sign off.
Description of Work: Installed gutter cover to prevent future gutter clogs. As the area has pine needles, the representative recommended another type of cover which is cheaper than the original one - very pleased for their honesty.

 + -1 moreI initially requested a "facia" style gutter. However, while they were installing it, I noticed it didn't fit correctly. They removed and used a different style gutter which did fit correctly at no additional charge. The men that did the work were both nice and they worked effectively. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

 + -1 moreIt was excellent. Roger Kruse, owner, came out and bid on the job and listened well to all the particular details I wanted. For example, where I had previously had only two downspouts for the entire roof, now I would have four. One was to be directed into a somewhat new French drain along one side of the house, and another had to be placed so it could be connected into a new rain garden system in the front of the house. Roger accommodated all my needs in his planning and the crew came out and did things as planned. They worked quickly and I think the whole job took about 2-2.5 hours. The C I gave for responsiveness relates to getting phone calls returned. Sometimes it took a couple of days or a second call so I'd say responsiveness is average, but everything else was exceptionally well done. The gutters look good and, after some recent rains, appear to work very well. I'm very happy with the work and highly recommend Citywide Custom Gutter.
Description of Work: Removed old gutters and downspouts. Installed 105' of white 5k gutter and 52' of white 2X3 corrugated downspout. Gutters were hung with hidden hangers using 2" screws.

 + -1 moreRoger came out for an estimate promptly and provided a great price. His crew was a cool group of guys and seem to be hard workers. The thing that impressed me most, was that I called him just last week to report a corner of my gutter having a leak. He was at my home within a half hour inspecting the leak, and had his crew over two days later on a Saturday repairing the gutter! Now that's service!

 + -1 moreRoger came as agreed to give me an estimate and suggested that I have the painters take down my old gutters rather than have his guys come to do that in a separate trip. He called and set up the day and time to replace the gutters and downspouts; I also had him add the gutter guards to keep out the debris. The crew showed up on time, installed the gutters quickly and efficiently and cleaned up before they left. Great job and on a hot, hot day, too.

We weren't in a rush to get this relatively small job done - so we agreed that they could come out any time to complete the work. His crew came out the following week - and even cleaned out the gutters before they started. That was not part of the bid - so they went above and beyond our request. Great service - exceeded our expectations. We'd use Roger and his crew again without hesitation.

 + -1 moreGutters were scheduled to be installed June 9th at 9:00 am. Roger called and asked if we could change the appointment to Tuesday, June 8th at 12 noon. I was unavailable to be home at that time. But we both agreed that I didn't have to be there for the install. When I arrived home, my gutters were installed. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up so well I didn't even know they were there. Roger called me the next day for payment. Other than not returning my one phone call, they were wonder and less money than the others I called.
Description of Work: I called for quote to install continuous gutters on my garage. I talked with the owner, Roger, whom was very pleasant to talk with and quoted me over the phone. I spoke with Roger a few times and have left a message on his phone with no return call. I did have to call him back. I went with this company as he was a low than most companies and he was very nice based on price.

They did a great job of cleaning up the job site. The installation was done in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again in the future. They told me to call if I had any questions or if there were any problems.
Description of Work: Citywide Custom Gutter was referred to me by my roofing contractor. They came out to give me an estimate and listened to our requirements for the installation of the new gutters and downspouts. We wanted six inch steel gutters and wanted the color to match our new metal roof. The gutters were about 210 linear feet and approximately 180 linear feet of downspout on a two story house. We also had leaf catchers installed for each downspout to keep debris from getting into the drywell. They used hidden hangers with 2 inch screws that helps keep a clean look on the gutters.

 + -1 moreThey were very clean and very fast. They arrived around 2:00 and were gone by 4:00. The area was left in good condition with very little disturbance. They waited for my inspection and acceptance of the job before taking payment, although I offered a deposit or pre-payment. They were indeed prompt, affordable, and courteous. I am so relieved to have this job done and very happy with the overall experience and cost!
Description of Work: I have a house built in 1964, and the last owners put in horrible do-it-yourself vinyl gutters. I was having the hardest time getting a quote for gutters only, and a hard time even getting estimators to come out. I was referred to Citywide by a gentleman I know that flips houses, and he said they would be prompt, affordable, and courteous. I called at 2:00 in the afternoon and the estimator came to my home that evening. (Not a fluke, he actually lives near my home in SE Portland.) By 6:30, I had a worst case scenario quote to replace all of my gutters for 882.60. They were able to install the next afternoon due to a delay on a construction job. My estimator(one of the owners) quoted wedges and flashing in case they were needed so I would not be surprised. Also included was waste removal of the old gutters. Luckily neither the wedges or the new flashing was needed. My final bill the following day was 645.00. My new gutters are lovely and I am very, very happy!
