Top Notch Carpet Cleaning

I'm recommending Top Knotch to everyone I know...he got red nail polish out of my beige carpet! He got ground -in dirt from my dog's favorite place to sleep on my bedroom carpet! He was helpful, friendly, and didn't try to sell me extra services...!

James did a great job! He schedules his appointments quickly, arrives on time, and is very thorough and communicative. I will definitely continue to work with him!

it was very smooth. He called to schedule the appointment. Previewed the areas to be cleaned. Made suggestions on other areas. I have used his services before.

James arrived on time and spent five hours cleaning seventy upholertered padded chairs in our break room. The chair fabric was extremely stained and dirty but James worked very hard to get them looking almost like new. If you are looking for someone who has pride in their work, I would definately recomend James.

We purchased the $99 for 3-area deal here on Angie's List. James was fantastic. He came out on the weekend and we walked through the areas I wanted cleaned. At the last minute I asked if he could clean the stairs. He said no problem. We agreed on a slight increase of price to do the stairs. Still was an excellent deal. We also had James clean both of our couches. He did a wonderful job. James was very conversational and knowledgable about the carpet cleaning questions I had. Final carpet cleaning included: Large living room + dining area, stairs, hallway, couch and love seat. Thank you James!

Left email with service provider. Service provider promptly called me to schedule service. They were very professional and provided a quote over the phone. On day of service they contacted me to let me know they were running early and if they could arrive about 1/2 hour early. They performed the service, moved furniture that was too heavy for me to move out prior to the service and applied deodorizer. They were quick efficient and worked on the few stubborn sections. Carpet looked great. Thanks James ! We would use him again. Great value for the price.

There's one spot on the carpet where the dogs where chewing on some tasty bones that didn't entirely come clean, but James did everything he could to minimize the spot and it's barely noticeable. We appreciated the effort!

Very satisfied. Prompt, courteous and made time to do the work right before Thanksgiving. I would suggest that if you are sensitive to smells, have the work done in the summer when you can open the windows. The smell of the cleaning material does linger for a few days.

He didn’t charge for the stairs, but he may have charge around $30 for the additional room. Overall, it was great. It dried pretty quickly (within a half day) although one part of a room where he needed to pay special attention to due to a stain/order took a little bit longer to dry. He did a great job of getting rid of the odor.

He was on time. Pretreated spots, cleaned the carpet and promised to return if the spots were still there. They weren't. Great job!!

Did a good job with cleaning but I have permanent imprints where the furniture legs sat. I didn't leave the furniture in one place for days so I'm not sure why that happen.

He even did an area rug in my TV room without charging me extra for it. He was on-time; explained everything to me; took his time; and left my house spotless. First class job and guy.
