Summary: Months later returned with multiple problems. and quot; Oh, defective parts...those things happen...and quot; Continue to experience sounds emitting from system either cooling or heating, defrosting. Finally , 23 March 2012, first spring type weather; sun out and temperature slightly warm outside. I decided to turn on A/C= either on Max A/C or just A/C system blowing EXTREME HEAT!!! Scheduled to return for service for this PROBLEM 26 March 2012.
.... Completely disgusted with Rons. On the surface, the appearance of exterior and business: clean, professional, High Tech.......DO NOT LET THIS PRESENTATION FOOL YOU..
I would have taken my vehicle to Sears Auto @ Van Mall , but they do not do A/C work; no equipment.
All mechanics I have discussed my issues with Rons, and/or other vehicle owners....all reprimanded me seeking Rons for my auto service needs.
I absolutely regret going to Rons. Initially it was a decision between Vancouver Ford Service vs Rons. Where Dealer service guarantees work for only 1 year....Rons guarantees for 3 years. Now I understand why. Rons needs their window of 3 years guarantee to make the service correct.
If anyone reads this review of Ron's Auto Service......DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RON'S.......

I WENT TO RONS IN HAZEL DEL FOR MY WORK......POSSIBLY THE OTHER LOCATION DIFFERENT. THEY NEED TO PROVE THAT TO ME......I SERIOUSLY CHALLENGE HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS THIS LONG...........

1997 Ford Explorer in mint condition with extreme low mileage. Only in town vehicle.....and they trashed it.......

Both times, they've done excellent body work. They arranged a rental car for me, were very helpful, accomodating, and completed the job when they said it would be done. I'd certainly recommend anyone go here for body work.

They always do good work and I trust them not to lie or cheat. But they are expensive. I got an estimate to change the transmission fluid in the Buick but ended up getting it done at Tech-Trans for almost half the cost.

They did it perfectly. They also fixed a few things that were overlooked before at no charge. They were very gracious. They checked over the entire operating system on my car. I also had some maintenance work. Their price was fair; they were timely, and extremely professional. They answered all my questions in a straight forward manner.

Their driver brought me home, and picked me up when the car was ready, no charge. Car runs like brand new. Shop is clean, people are helpful, cheerful, answer all questions and make you feel you're their only customer. As for price, you get what you pay for, and they'll less than dealership would charge. GREAT PLACE.
