It started off a little shaky as after we called them to have someone come out to inspect and give an estimate, they didn't show up at the appointed time. After calling again, they apologized for the mistake and we rescheduled. Justin arrived and did a very thorough inspection and took the time to answer all of my questions. I was impressed and would definitely have hired them. However, after saying it would take an hour to send me the estimate, it turned into several days. I followed up via text several times, and was given various excuses and promises that he'd send me an estimate. After the 3rd text he said he was having trouble lining up subs to complete some of the work and he asked if I still wanted an estimate or if I wanted to use them for the job. I said I would definitely like to get their estimate and I received no further response. Very frustrating experience! Not sure why they would bother to come out to my house and spend time inspecting things if they don't bother to do an actual estimate or at least tell me they can't or don't want to do the job.

Very well. I had minimal involvement and everything was done professionally and as quickly as possible. They kept me updated and informed every step of the way. They also handled or helped with all the insurance issues. Photos show how thorough they were getting to all the wet areas.

It went well. Randy and another team member came and did a through inspection of the conditions with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. They didn't find anything to mitigate but weren't completely convinced of the findings, explaining that they would discuss the situation with Conrad at the office. A few days later Conrad called and explained that he had worked up a quotation based on the inspection but before presenting it wanted to come and take a look at the basement in order to be completely knowledgeable of the situation. I met with him and he took a look, realizing that no remediation was necessary and explaining that they contract repair construction. Their specialty being mold remediation. Since there was nothing to mitigate he felt that presenting the quote was unnecessary. He spent another 1/2 hour explaining to me what to be aware of in these situations and recommended that I make an insurance claim for repairs. I have not seen a bill.

Luckily, he found that everything was within a reasonable range. He suggested the steps that we could take ourselves to fix this problem, talking himself out of a job but leaving us very happy! Without a doubt, we would use him again if we find any mold or water damage in our house.

Very happy with the services provided by Rainbow. There was a leak in our upstairs bathroom and though the water was only running a moment there was extensive damage. They responded quickly and were able to use thermal imaging cameras to show the extent of areas effected by the leak. They used blower fans and dehumidifiers to start drying the house out immediately to prevent future mold issues. I feel their assessment of the damage and recommended repairs were reasonable. I worry when you bring a contractor in for a water damage problem they will say you need to tear half your house down just make an extra buck. That was not the case with Rainbow. They worked directly with our insurance company and they were in and out in a timely manner. It should be noted that these guys do not do work to repair or restore damage to your house. For things like new drywall and flooring you'll need to get a separate contractor for those services.

We called regarding some water damage that had happened in our home. We were sent out a couple of young workers, whom, as hard as they tried, could not find where the leak was coming from. It wasn't until the President of the company, Condrad, showed up that they were able to use a telescope to see where the leak came from. I am not sure why they did not do that in the first place. It would have saved us hours. Anyhow, what I did not like was that Conrad kept bringing up filing an Insurance claim, before he could tell us how much the damage would cost and if it would even be worth filing a claim. After asking him numerous times for an estimate, he gave us a range, but again brought up filing with our insurance ASAP. I did not like that he was so pushy about the whole insurance claim. It made me feel he was only interested in getting the money back, for what he said would be a free estimate. He even mentioned the charge for his visit, but then backed it up by saying it he said he would not charge us for the visit. I found that odd, because when we called, we asked if they did free estimates and they said: "Yes". Now he was claiming he would normally charge for the type of estimate he gave us? Really?! Needless to say, I did not go with his service. Instead I went with another company named: Synergy, that was very professional; not only did Synergy give us a free estimate when they came out, but they also did a VERY good job in fixing the damage on a timely matter and leaving restored exactly to what it was before the damage occurred.

Mr. Conrad Cluff is professional, knowledgeable about what he does, and provided the best customer service of any company I have utlized over my many years as a property manager. I contacted Conrad when a broken pipe caused major water damage to a tenants property. During the same time I was dealing with a family emergency. Conrad streamlined the process with the insurance company, kept me well informed, impressed my tenants, and provided outstanding results. This company goes above and beyond for their customers and I will definately use them again if a similar sutuation occurs.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Rainbow International. Conrad, Robert, and the rest of the team were outstanding. I felt cared for and well-informed throughout the entire restoration process. Conrad even went out of his way to coordinate other professionals to assist in the restoration of our kitchen, a task that fell outside of his duties as a restoration professional. We are very thankful to have received such amazing service during such a stressful time! The entire team at Rainbow International were courteous and professional throughout the entire project. I was also very impressed by their reliability as well as their communication skills! Where we were in the restoration process, what was happening when and why, all of these things were communicated to me which, as someone who is a bit of a control freak, I found incredibly comforting. As mentioned earlier, I was 7 months pregnant at the time of the restoration. It was Conrad who insisted on using only non-toxic products to ensure the well-being of our baby. My partner and I really felt like Conrad cared about our comfort and well-being, which is just really exceptional and not something you come across every day. Conrad and his team took great care to keep our pets safe as well by always coordinating with us when they would be in and out of the house. Also, I'd like to mention that this company is LGBTQ friendly. The entire team treated our family like any other, just another aspect of this organization that we highly respect and appreciate. We absolutely recommend Rainbow International to anyone in need of restoration on their home. We have had so many bad experiences with home repair companies in the past that we were just so relieved to have found Conrad and his team.

We had an under-the-house hot water pipe break, sometime in December, 2013. Through an unusually high water and electrical billing, we became of the cracked pipe. We called Nate's Plumbing (Clark County, WA) and he performed the emergency pipe repair. We then went to Angie's List to find someone to deal with the water damage and the vast amount of mold which had grown during the water pipe's spraying into the basement for almost two months. We read the reviews of several companies and chose Rainbow International. Conrad Cluff and his crew were very responsive and got to work right away. Always courteous, friendly, professional and clean, they killed the mold right away and removed all of the soaked insulation and then arranged for a subcontractor to use high-pressure soda blasting to remove the vast amount of staining in a nearly 3,000 square foot area under the floor, including the vertical shear walls and floor joists and I-Beams. They then arranged for another sub to bid on replacing the insulation. Finally, they repaired all the water damage to some wood structures and air conditioning ducts. During this time Conrad and his crew followed all the current mold remediation protocols and dealt with my insurance company; sending regular reports and photos to the claims adjuster at The Hartford. I had barely to lift a finger. Conrad and crew did it all or arranged for specialty trades to do necessary stages of the job . Sometimes I though the most difficult job was dealing with the insurance company; but they did it to perfection.

They were wonderful! Professional and helpful. Finding a leak is not easy, and it's still may not be fixed, but I feel confident that they will return to do more research if necessary.

This was a very stressful situation. Our basement is a living space including an entertainment area, office, guest area and children's play space. Our carpet was saturated and our entire house was beginning to smell. We discovered the water damage on a Thursday morning. The responsible third party was slow to take responsibility and we were not certain where to begin. I began to contact remediation companies that afternoon. Rainbow was not able to inspect our needs until the next morning. However, Conrad was very informative over the phone. I had already spoken to two other remediation contractors who were giving me different information on what needed to be removed. Conrad was clearly an expert explaining that because we were dealing with class 3 water and due to the high potential for microbial growth, all carpet and padding needed to go immediately. We met with Rainbow on Friday morning. We gave them the green light on Friday afternoon and their crew began immediately and worked until about 10PM to fully remove contaminated material. Drying began immediately thereafter and then reconstruction took place. Conrad Cluff provided project budgets for both the remediation and reconstruction to our insurance company. All Rainbow employees were skilled, professional and good communicators. All of their subcontractors were topnotch (HVAC, Landscape/irrigation, carpet installation). We would absolutely recommend Rainbow International to others!

Overall it went very well. I had daily updates via phone and text messages. The drying process was explained in details, so I knew what to expect and what to do. Don't forget Conrad's contact info, so you can call him in case of an emergency.

I was impressed with this company in comparison to most contractors because he returned my call the same day. I really appreciated him understanding the seriousness of this situation in order to prevent any further damage. He made sure that certain areas of the house were dried out properly before undertaking the repairs. It was a great experience to have a contractor that showed up when he said he would and performed the work within the estimate he gave me. The professionalism this company displayed was one of the best I have ever dealt with during my times dealing with contractors.

Rainbow International was professional, and in our opinion went the extra mile to provide excellent service. Based on the amount time and effort on cleaning our carpet the price was very reasonable.
