LeafDrop Gutters & Downspouts

When I called LeafDrop, I left a message at the office about the work I needed. I got a call back quickly from Erik McDaniels of sales and service, who was in my area and able to come by almost immediately. I showed him what I needed and he told me he was available to do the work right then, which pleased me. He worked up a quote and once it was accepted, he got right to work installing the leaf traps and cleaning the gutters. Erik was very thorough and a pleasure to talk to. He really knows the business and had good advice for me about a clogged downspout. The work went quickly and he cleaned up everything, putting back the hoses and checking around to make sure everything was taken care of, including getting all his tools back in the truck. I was really happy with the end result--the leaf traps look very professional. I'll definitely be using this company for my annual gutter cleaning.

The two gentlemen who showed up couldn’t have been any better. They were quick, professional, and didn’t mind my snooping around or questions while they worked. The long single piece gutters and hidden screws look so much better than the standard gutter nails sticking out. I got the upgraded LeafDrop Downspout upgrade to help with the amount of pine needles I get each year.

Excellent. I received a quick response to my request for a bid to replace the gutters and downspouts of my house. The bid was competitive and the job was done within a few weeks. The leaf drop screens are at the bottom of the downspouts making cleaning gutters almost a thing of the past. I recommend LeafDrop over any other gutter/downspout system.

Erik McDaniels came to my house today to install a much needed downspout off one of our front gutters. He did an excellent job, the gutter looks great. Overall he was extremely efficient and professional. I will absolutely hire him in the future for additional work I need done in the back of my house.

Exellent Work on the Gutter Service!

Erik was very responsive when we contacted the company and promptly came out to give an estimate. After we chose to go ahead with the services, we got scheduled for the install within two weeks. On the morning of 5/22, Erik and Justin spent the better part of 5-6 hours working on removing our 9 year-old original downspouts and replacing them with larger volume and curvier leaf drop downspouts with leaf traps. We chose to go ahead with the upgrade because we believe there will be a more manageable amount of leaf collecting maintenance at the bottom of the spouts and less need to have the gutters professionally cleaned, which we typically do twice a year. Also we wanted to complete this project before we had the house painted this summer. The workers were courteous and professional and Erik was masterful in putting the system all together. Kudos to both guys for their hard work, especially during this 90 degree day! We will have to wait and see how well the system works during the next northwest rainy season.

It was a small job and there are a limited number of companies that are willing to take it on. Eric from Leaf Drop Gutters handles all their small jobs and does a marvelous job. They have a special installation system that does not use the nails and spacers but rather a bracket so your gutter has a very smooth exterior look.

Dan Kerr was very professional and it was all done in one day. Now my gutters work perfectly, and I believe I'll save money on gutter cleaning as it is only needed once per year.

Dan Kerr was very willing to work with scheduling the job to go along with our siding, fascia, and soffit replacement. His workers came out and did a very good job just when needed. Some other gutter contractors we were in touch with were not willing to be nearly as accommodating. The new gutters look great. The price was very competitive.

My wife met with Erik McDaniels from Leafdrop Gutters & Downspouts on 3-31-17. He explained he would inspect the gutters and provide his assessment if gutters need replaced or repaired and scheduling as needed. After he took a look, said the gutters seemed in good condition still and didn't think replacement was needed. But offered that repairs can be made and the job would take a couple of hours. He cleared out some debris and installed leaf gutter guard screens. There was a damaged downspout which was too high for us to reach to which he had the equipment to do this. My wife said he was very kind and courteous and repair went as planned as of a couple of hours. I think the price was fairly reasonable as since he had to climb up to repair a second story level downspout. I'm not a fan of heights myself. So this worked out. Communication was good and Erik was prompt. I would recommend him for future repairs when the time comes, and needed for more to be done. I think installing the gutters screens will help to alleviate any sitting debris when we cannot get to it. So this should just allow us to inspect on our own as needed until any major repairs are needed. Thanks Erik. - Ray Kessinger

Very well. They worked with our changes of disconnecting 2 downspouts so they would flow into a new rain garden that had been recently installed. They covered the drain pipes from where the downspouts were disconnected. They were timely, professional, and cleaned up after they were done.

They didn’t overcharge us, they were truthful, and they were helpful to a fault. I was told that I needed new gutters, and he told us we only needed new downspouts. Very pleased with his level of service and his knowledge.

The install went very well. The openings for the downspouts were enlarged and the "leaf drop" system was installed on three downspouts. As soon as it rained leaves that were in the gutters were washed down the downspouts to the cleanouts at the bottom of the installation. It took about three hours to do the work. We are very satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the work.

They were booked out a few weeks, so we set a date and they came as scheduled...a team of 4 (Erik, Geno, Steve, and Jerry), with Erik being the overseer. They came at 9am and were done by noon, even though there was some off an on drizzle that morning. Well, this IS Oregon. They were very professional, the gutters look great and we are happily disposing of leaves and debris from the leaf guards at the bottom of every downspout. Also, we had 3 estimates, and Leafdrop cost a little more, but the leaf drops were included in this estimate, which were not included in the other estimates. Even so, Leafdrop was very close to the other estimates and for a few dollars more, we got the leaf drops....well worth the cost and having reliable service.

Dan came out and gave us an estimate and explained how the Leaf Drop gutter system works. The estimate was complete and thorough and was very competitively priced. Dan explained and showed us how the Leaf Drop System worked using actual gutters. We approved the quote and scheduled the work. Erik and his crew arrived right on time as promised. They completed the job in one day, cleaned up, and hauled away the old gutters. The crew was professional, hard working, and friendly. You could tell they liked working at Leaf Drop. The entire transaction was high quality and the new gutters look really great. As senior citizens, we appreciate the fact that we no longer have to get on a ladder to clean out the gutters because we clean leaves and roof madder out at ground level caught my the fine mesh screen. We chose Leaf Drop because their competitors, who heavily advertise on TV, including some franchise gutter installers were more expensive and the concept did not fit us. We highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. Gutters look great and they cleaned up when they left. Shane and the crew even came back and did some repairs to some damaged gutters that happened when we were taking a tree down after gutters were installed. I can't thank them enough.
