Description of Work: Remove old gutters and replace with new. One of the reasons Kerr Gutters was selected was because of their A+ rating. I was a bit disappointed and will give them an A- for these reasons. 1) When the owner came out to quote the job he talked to me about larger gutters. We thought this sounded like a good idea. However, when installed they did not use the larger gutters. It took awhile to get an understandable explanation. We should have been told why they wouldn't prior to the installation. I even have email correspondence with reference to the larger gutters and the owner did not say anything otherwise. 2) The installer showed up around 9:30 - 10:00 am. That was okay, but would have appreciated a heads-up that he would be that late. 3) When the installer got here he said he was waiting on someone else to come help him. This other person never showed. The one installer did the job himself. He did a good job. We are happy with the new gutters. Just unhappy with some of the communication.

Description of Work: These guys are great. They did both a complete tear off and reroof with a new set of gutters. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: Dan was awesome he was very honest and up front about what needed to be done to correct a problem done by a previous installer. Because he was also a roofer he was able to do the a few extra things that needed to be repaired as a result of the job prior! He explained why. |The job was done by Devon he was extremely polite a very hard worker and was prompt and finished when he said he would! He handled a very rude neighbor respectfully and professionally. After the work was. Completed I had a few questions and Dan was prompt and courteous and helpful in his response . He guaranteed his work . Thank you for a job well done.

Description of Work: They did some gutter work. Covered the gutters in the backyard to prevent leaves. In addition, I had some roof leakage issues and the technician spent a few minutes checking the area and noticed that there was a separation causing the leak. He gladly fixed it with no additional charge - happy to do it!!!!

Description of Work: Dan from Kerr Gutters and Roofing came out for an estimate to inspect over quality of gutters and downspouts, which were in need of repair. He was professional and knowledgable and was even able to complete the work the same day. I would definitely use Kerr Gutters and Roofing again.

Description of Work: Replaced about 100 feet of gutters and 4 downspouts. They also installed 6 leaf boxes at the bottom of the gutters. Dan was very responsive and prompt and his crew very professional, polite and easy to work with. Dan responded to my initial inquiry even though he was out of town at the time.

Description of Work: A gutter on our garage was torn off from fallen branches in a wind storm.Alex came out and gave us a thorough estimate. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Of the bids we got, they were in the middle. Devin and Josh arrived on time to do the work. They fixed everything just as requested. We would definitely recommend Kerr Gutters and would use them again.

Description of Work: In my quest for new gutters, I first attempted to contact Kerr Gutters and Roofing using the message feature on Angie's List and received no response. I then called their phone number and left a message. Dan Kerr called me back within a day and we set up an appointment for an estimate. He seemed like a nice enough guy and had some good ideas for how we could deal with the fir tree debris that was clogging my gutters. He said it would take a little while to find out about a custom part. He contacted me by text about 10 days later to say he might have an answer that day about the custom part. That was a month ago and I never heard anything back and never received the estimate so decided to go with someone else.

Description of Work: My unusually formed gutter was damaged by a truck backing into it. I emailed Dan Kerr my photos of the gutter and its damage and he replied that he wasn't sure, but he'd take a closer look at it. He came as appointed; didn't have an exact match, determined that the undamaged area was in excellent shape and that replacing everything so it would match would not be an economical solution. So without charge, he did some hammering to see if he could get it to look reasonable, but was unable to achieve an acceptable appearance. I think he was unusually professional in knowing his limitations and extending his generosity without charge. I like him and would certainly call him for gutter work in the future.
