Description of Work: We purchased a gutter repair package through Angie's List but when Kerr Gutters came out to assess, they recommended complete repair. We had to wait a few weeks because of their full schedule, but they kept in touch with us and replaced the gutters on the date scheduled.

I've noticed that we tend to get "B" grades from customers that purchase the online deals. I believe it's due partially to a degree of disappointment when the "instant fix" that the online deal implies...is not instant...and maybe does not apply at all to the actual gutter/roofing issue. Clicking a "buy it now" button may give the impression that we can be as responsive as the button. That's tough to live up to in this type of business, since we do difficult custom work at different locations, rather than selling identical products online. So I've decided that a B grade on the online deals is a very good grade, and we appreciate this members business (she was a very kind and patient customer) and her very positive review!

We don't "repair" leaks on roofs. In fact most "roof repair" calls are really a "roofing defect" where the roof was installed incorrectly, and heavy persistent rain has revealed the issue....or part of the issue. Once we touch it, it then becomes our problem, and a possible liability. We install news roofs and gutter systems which we can guarantee and warranty. If you're a person who posts negative reviews for companies that did not work for you (this accounts for nearly every bad review we have ever had) please call somebody else. Thanks!

Description of Work: Replaced 250' of gutter and 180 ft of downspout, installed 8 leaf traps and 12 custom outlets. The products offered were better than the original on the house. Note the pre-made curves on the pipe vs. the typical harsh bent on-location pipes that jam with debris. Between the wider upper downspouts, curves, and leaf traps I should not need the leaf screening others are pushing. The Salesman was refreshingly candid and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: I had Kerr Gutters in to install new gutters on my one story house. I was not able to be home at the time but left the gates unlocked and they came in and did their thing. Old gutters were taken away, new gutters put on. Gutters look nice and function well. | |I was pleased with their work and would use them again.

Description of Work: We interviewed several roofing companies before making our choice and were left feeling very apprehensive after the first few. Kerr came out and explained the condition of the current roof and the specific costs of a new one. We were put so much at ease we even replaced our gutters. The workers were very careful with our plants and property, and kept us up to date on the progress of the project throughout.

Description of Work: I chose Kerr Gutters and Roofing because of their Angies List top rating and the many positive reviews. Dan was professional and explained everything in detail. The installers were great. They were both friendly and hard working. They explained the installation procedure. They have a five year warranty and I know, if there is a problem, they will fix it. Description of Work: I'd use them again. I'm happy to have my gutters repaired. You might need to be a bit patient, if your email gets buried...but if you are patient and check back, your angie's big deal can turn out to be better than you'd agreed to, when the workers show up and give you what they can for $350. I had the garage downspouts fixed(replaced), an area of gutter reattached to the house, one length of gutter replaced, and a bonus 16 foot high length of gutter replaces...plus full cleanup and many an extra downspout. Thankyou, Kerr! |
