I would definitely recommended them for exterior decorating needs.

The owner was polite when he called and scheduled the appointment from the coupon we ordered. He dropped off his crew on time. The crew was polite but they seemed to be in such hurry there was not any thought process to the clean-up. One gut wanted to just cut the shrubs while he boss the other two around. The guy on the hedging just started cutting the shrubs so short I had to tell him to stop cutting so much off. It felt like two of the crew members were just day workers and not experienced with yard clean-up. We ended up paying for another hour just to get the job completed. Before I would buy another coupon like this I would have the company come out and give a bid first, just to see how much time it would take to complete the job.

The first service call we scheduled based on their availability - we had to wait a few weeks for them to come and do the work, which wasn't a problem for us. the second call, they fit into our schedule with no problems. Each time, they were responsive, and they went over what I wanted done in the beginning, gave me a pretty clear picture of how much time ($) the work would take, and then they got started. Periodically they would ask me to come out and check the progress, so that if one task was taking them a little longer than anticipated, we could work through that instead of waiting until the end and finding things not done. Both times they came in right where they said they would, and in fact - the second service call, they gave me a discount b/c I needed them to come in under 500 for all the work, and they adjusted the rate so that they would come in under that number, while still doing EVERYTHING I wanted them to do. It was a wonderful experience both times and I would not hesitate to call them again. When we get around to spring planting, I know I will be calling them for help.

The job I had wanted them to do, remove grass growing in my garden, would have taken more time than they had as it was so ingrown, so we settled on this other job that I needed done. They gave me suggestions for dealing the the grass. I paid $70 extra for the gravel and an extra hour so they could finish the job. I appreciate the completion of this chore everytime I step down from the deck.

It has been several months since the service was performed, so I will do my best to remember. Once the service was performed, it was fine, but it took a long time to phone back and forth with the owner and schedule. This was partly my fault because I got busy, but partly theirs because we just kept going back and forth and leaving messages. The 2-man crew did what they could within the time allotted, and did a good job on that spot, but I wish they had cleared some ivy, which was of particular concern.

It took a while to get on the schedule, but once the team came out, they did a nice job of trimming all requested landscaping and piled all yard debris for disposal. They were courteous and hard-working. We did pay for add'l time to get all tasks we needed completed.

I was very pleased with the fellows who did the yard work,from trimming the bushes, plants and putting down bark. They were a pleasure to work with, polite, and never stopped working. I was very pleased with their job.

I found this company on Angie's List and called them after Thanksgiving to inquire about getting Christmas lights installed. Although their business has picked up considerably this year, they graciously worked me in within only a week of my initial call. I emailed a picture of our home, and they were able to provide the materials. When the crew arrived at the house, they asked if I would like the garage doors done as well as the eaves. We have several large cedar trees close to the house, and the gutters tend to get messy when the wind blows, so they needed to clear the gutters before they strung the lights, The lights are lined up perfectly and look beautiful. Cords are hidden skillfully, and the timer device is out of sight in a secure area. They plan to come back in January to take everything down. I would definitely hire these guys again. They were professional and courteous and did an excellent job!

Very little accomplished. for $140 only manged to weed about 1/8th of the rockery. I could hardly see any difference when I drove up.

Let me clear about one thing.....this was the best experience with a contractor I have ever had. Marc not only did a wonderful job but he and his crew were wonderful guys. They were there early and worked hard. I had two bids by other companies who were very professional but Marc was the only one who took the time to sit down and listen to me and my vision for the back yard. He spent over an hour listening to my desires and then another hour explaining what he would do to my my vision come true. And while other bids simply selected the plantings, he took part of his Saturday to show me around to different places to get an idea of the plants that appealed to me and of the type of water feature would work best for me. It was clear he took pride in his work and knew what he was doing. It took about 2-3 weeks working five days a week to complete and there were some surprises along the way (like the irrigation system that was in place had numerous leaks and no shut off valves).But nothing he and his crew did not handle well. They always put in long days and left no mess. For the amount of work and the product he gave me this was one of the best excellent bargains I could hope for. When I go to do my front yard in a couple of years I will ask him to work his wonders again. I can't say enough good things about how hard working, honest, and reliable he is. If there was something higher than an A I would be giving it to him.

I don't remember the exact date but I think it was early august or late July. It was hard to get an appt. scheduled. They were clearing an area for me and didn't remove any roots, just weed wacked the whole thing. They didn't remove debris which was not clear when I bought the deal. He smoked two cigarettes in my back yard while on the job.

In the future I'll think to ask about disposal of yard debris. Other than that the work went as described. I was unable to access you evaluation forms earlier and this service was quite some time ago. Sorry that details were lacking

They were on time and got the work finished in the amount of time slated. Did a great job clearing out all of the dead bushes and weeds, and trimmed the other bushes nicely. Very professional and courteous - I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a landscaper.

I got an Angie's List deal and due to my scheduling, the service date was after the expiration date of the deal but he said he would honor it and did. I have more work to be done and will definitely have them do more work for me. Marcus and workers were all easy to communicate with and did a great job. Marcus seems to know what he's doing and how to shape, prune, and make the landscape look nice.

I was contacted by the owner the day after making my purchase. Very prompt in responding and actually took the time to call me on a holiday letting me know about his services and that he'd be getting back to me shortly but had other customers ahead of me already on the schedule. Prior to arriving, the owner called again to let me know what to expect before they actually came in and did any physical work and to see what I had in mind to get done (so he could determine his staffing needs). Upon arrival the owner again addressed my needs, determined work flow (after seeing the property) and got started. It was as if a bunch of organized locusts (good locusts, don't get me wrong!) swarmed in and did everything I needed done. I've hired other big and little companies before and this by far the best in communication and execution. The only slightly confusing part was that the purchase was for 4 hours of work but, because there were so many employees, they were able to complete the work in only one hour (something the owner discussed previously on the phone and was great because I only had to listen to the equipment for one hour! So I saw this as a positive).

Mark was very courteous during all of our phone conversations. His crew completed their work in one day and I was pleased with how much they got done.

I initially purchased 4 man hour deal that Angie's had posted for yardwork, but paid extra to extend the project. I can't remember how many man hours I ended up with, but it was a lot!. I was contacted by the owner, Mark quickly considering so many people had recently purchased his deal. He is a genuine, ethical, flexible, and QUALITY-oriented guy. He showed up mid-morning with his crew, quickly ascertained what I would like to have done, and gave me an idea of what they could accomplish for the day with my budget in mind. The men worked quickly and carefully (even though it was a HOT day and they were here in the heat of the day). Anytime a crewmember left, or an extra one arrived, they carefully recalculated how much time was left (so the man hours were carefully and accurately figured out) and let me know how much longer they could work with the agreed upon total I was able to spend. That way, they could work on my priority areas or I could change their focus to a different area if I needed them to. The crew worked well together and very carefully around my garden beds. We have over 100 dahlia plants. We have never been able to get ahead of the weeds (we have 2 children under the age of 5 and are quite busy!). It was a big relief to my husband and I to have it at a point that we can try (lol) to stay ahead of the weeds better. They even took care of some persistent buttercup patches encroaching on the dahlias. My husband was working at the time, and I felt very safe with the crew. All were very friendly and polite. We will definitely use EXECUTIVE CARE LANDSCAPE again! Thanks Mark!

I was happy with the work that was done, they checked with me and asked questions when needed. The owner called later the same day to make sure I was happy.

They were here for about 3 hours and did a beautiful job. They hauled all the discared stuff away.

We purchased the recent yard clean up deal that was available on Angie's List. We contacted Executive Care Landscape to schedule a time for the services and they said they would call me to schedule toward the end of the 4th of July week.I did not hear from them and called them the Tuesday after. Marcus was very responsive, responding same day to assist in scheduling our service. Marcus asked great questions from the beginning to ensure that his staff would show up with the necessary equipment for the job from the start. They showed up on time and ready to go. The trees/bushes around our home were in need of shaping and trimming so they can grow more healthy in the future (all under 10ft). They asked questions to make sure they had an idea of what I wanted and had me check sections as they went to verify I was satisfied. They worked well and efficiently for the 2 hours scheduled. Marcus was very prompt in a follow up call to verify that I was satisfied with their service the same day the service was done. My smaller trees and shrubs look much cleaner now. Thank you!

We were having drainage problems on the north side of our house. Marcus came out and reviewed what we needed done to fix the problem. He gave us a great estimate and we decided to let his company do the work. We had a French drain installed as well as having the yard graded and sod installed. Marcus gave great suggestions for the yard and kept us appraised as the work was being done. He was very helpful in how to use our sprinkler system and how to maintain the sod. All of the workers were very professional and they left the property just as they found it. The work was done in the estimated time and looks great. I would definitely use this company again!

I've used Marcus for a few things around the house. I have always found him to be responsive, thorough and very reasonably priced. His crew is polite and professional as well. I will use him again and would recommend him!
