Working with Executive Care was a great decision. Marc came to our house to discuss best options for our yard, cost estimates, and timelines. Our backyard had a small patio space with sloped & swampy grass (it doesn't get much sunlight and is at the bottom of a hillside). We wanted a larger patio for seating & kids play area, as well as level & dry grass. We decided to extend the patio where the grass did not grow (due to lack of sunlight), replace the swampy clay topsoil with a better dirt blend and re-level. In addition, he suggested to install a french drain to redirect any water coming from the hillside away from our grass. Marc's team was great - they were on time, professional, and worked very hard. Marc himself did a lot of the work, was at our house every day, and kept both my husband and me informed throughout the process. Of course we had a few surprises pop up which were squeezed in and fixed within our timeline. We felt very much in the loop during the process and appreciate Marc seeking out our opinions to make sure we were happy. You can tell Marc takes pride in his business as does his team. Their work is exceptional and our backyard looks fantastic. Huge thank you to all of them and their hard work. We absolutely will keep them in mind for any more backyard projects and you should too.

Provider was busy with larger jobs and worked my job in. Needed to come twice because he wanted to come on a rainy day the first time and the lawn could not be mowed then. So came back and also did some other clean up I had asked him to do the first time he came. It cost more money because of the extra time spent.

Marc called me about an hour after I was thinking about calling him to setup a time to come out and setup our Christmas lights on our home. When he showed up I had asked if we could add lights, and he added lights to make the front of the home look better than last year with all the lights. The setup is quick and it felt great to come home at night after work to see a very good looking decorated home. They showed up to remove the lights, and didn't call to let me know they were coming. I was home so I took the bin and put it out front, Marc and his team filled the bin and left. The service is fantastic, the lights look incredible and my home will be using this company for the foreseeable future.

Called Marc on Friday. He was on his way home from Vacation but was at my house the next day. Provided me with idea about repair and costs and within a two days had the repair finished. Have used him in the past and his work is always quality work. I would and have recommended him to several folks and he has never disappointed.

Marc and his crew are always fun to have working on my yard. They work hard and clean up after themselves. Marc brings good listensing skills and great ideas to the table which make him an unusal contractor. This is the third of five projects he is doing for me. Next spring he will complete the front yard and then in two years he will be putting in a soaking tub and deck for me. His work has always been superb and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done.

It went very well. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I have used them before and Marc and his crew are always fun and do an excellent job. This is the third of five projects I am having him do and it has been well worth the money. Not only does he listen well he brings to his work great ideas about landscaping. I would recommend him to anyone with work to be done.

We were very happy with them, they did an excellent job! They showed up on time and finished on time, they also met the estimated price for the work.

They were good. It was pretty simple and we were getting ready for those. They were tired and cleaned up after themselves. We ended up taking longer. We had a lot of work to do. It was reasonable.

It all went beautifully. He arrived right on time for the initial visit and listened carefully as I told him about my drainage concerns and possible water intrusion inside the foundation. He shared his relevant experiences with these problems. He sent me a proposed action plan with estimated cost. He and his well-trained crew of five arrived right on time and worked rapidly. He consulted and updated me often as the work proceeded. The work was completed in half a day at a cost under the estimate. He promised to come back soon when it's raining so we can tour the lot and evaluate the effectiveness of the re-grading.

Called mark early November for a bid and he called back the next evening, said he was very busy installing lights already and told us he could not get to us for a couple of weeks. We explained what we wanted done and he gave us a not to exceed bid. We decided to go with him, he called us before he came out, he came out and installed our lights. We paid him, he said he would be back in January to take them down. He arrived when he said he would, he took them down. To summarize, he was responsive, punctual, professional and provided the service at a reasonable price.

Marcus came out and was wonderful. He recommended a $2 fix that I could fix myself without charging me a $75 service fee.

I ended up doing the job myself with some good tips from Exec.

They rebuilt the gate using existing lumber because they said the boards were in very good shape and reinforced it with metal supports on the backside so it would no longer sag. They removed old caulking along basement walls and then resealed with an appropriate sealer. They also fixed an old caulking job on the basement floor that wasn't done properly, probably for an old sewer line fix. These things were done at the rental house. Marc has worked for us before quite effectively and I was quite comfortable giving him a key in order to get into the rental. He stopped by my house and told me what they expected to do, they showed up when they said they would and the work was done in one day. He provided pictures of the work and wrote up a detailed receipt on the work done. At our own house he came over with his crew to remove quite a lot of moss from our roof and put down a fungicide. I was worried about having this done right after having the house painted, but they removed the moss by hand and blew it off without any left on the gutters or walls of the house and I couldn't tell they'd been here. He also checked if out gutters needed cleaning. They also installed new shutters after the house was painted. They look quite nice. It is good to work with people you trust and he will be coming back down the road to replace an old gate and probably the back fence.

My yard had blackberry bushes 8 feet deep in some places along the fence line. And lots of other overgrown shrubs. Purchased an Angies list deal for 4 hours of yard work. I have purchased several of these over the past 18 months to clear the whole area. Cleared and hauled away the remainder of the blackberries leaving me a clean slate to start spring planting.

They were fast, efficient, and good.

They showed up late but did call prior to being late which I liked. They did a good job on the front beds. However when he finished he told me I owed additional money than the previously agreed upon price since it took one man hour longer. This is frustrating because he chose to have several guys working in a small space so there was often someone standing around not working. They also damaged my garden hose beyond repair and when he showed me said I would just have to fix that or buy a new one but still had topay the full price of the additional hour.

They did an outstanding job from start to finish.

bought the "big deal" i was not happy they did not tell me about extra charges until the job was complete. he said he "forgot" I said no thanks.

They were extremely punctual, did everything they said they were going to do, and they had some real good ideas. They were just very good all around, very professional.

It is a big job and the team worked tirelessly in hot weather until the job was completed. overall the results were excellent. I noticed that the team workers were quite inexperienced and relied on the direct supervision of Marcus. I intend to use them again but will be careful to be assured an experienced supervisor is present the whole time.

Once I purchased the Big Deal they were out within 1 week. There were 4 guys who worked quickly and very professionally. Would definitely have them back in the future.

IT was an excellent deal. I was very happy with their service. They were very professional and very helpful.

We learned that our underground gutter drains were installed using cheap plastic you could practically poke a pencil through. They hadn't bothered to even glue the joints. Three out of 4 downspout connections at the ground were cracked and leaking causing water to pool at the foundation which we couldn't see. They checked the viability of all the underground drains and only two areas did not need to be replaced. I watched the work so I saw the damage to the pipes once they were exposed. A lot of it was cracked, had holes, or looked like someone had stepped on it before they buried it. Our backyard was not properly leveled when the house was built. It has a higher and lower elevation with a retaining wall on one side that was installed by an earlier owner without proper drainage behind it. So water would pour through the wall and flood a real low spot in the yard in front of the back of the house. This "lake" would come close to lapping at the house when we had serious rain. We also had drainage from our neighbors yard which we didn't know was contributing to the problem as much as it was. Marc determined where we needed drains and how we were going to have to drain it from the back to the front. They raised a couple of really low spots, added sod (in the proper way), put down decorative landscape gravel, and added the bender board that I wanted. I needed a way to get down from the higher side yard where I store things to the backyard so they braced the higher level and installed a couple of steps from leftover pavers we had in the front yard. Since we had to replace the drain pipe running along the driveway we had them remove an unsightly bark and dirt berm to bring the ground to the level of the driveway. They put in driveway gravel, a really nice landscape rock retaining wall, and steps and gravel up to the gate by the house which is at a higher elevation. It's functional and nice to look at now. The backyard problems are fixed!!!! I know this as it has been raining a lot. His crew worked really hard whether Marc was around or not and he was working with them when he wasn't making supply runs. The cold and rain meant awful working conditions but they kept at it. They really did a nice thorough job and kept me informed every step of the way. I will be using this company again and would recommend to anyone. They do a wide variety of work such as decks, fences, etc. and it's nice that they can perform so many tasks. It was a very good experience working with them.

I needed some help getting Christmas lights up on my house this year and found Marc on here through Angie's List. He was busy with the season as they say, but squeezed me in. He charged me what his estimate was. I did pay for everything up front and was praying they'd come back in January to take everything down. Marc and his crew showed up to take everything down and I couldn't be happier with Marc and his crew. Very good, professional work...
