+ -1 moreI strongly recommend this provider. Matt was efficient, pleasant and he did an excellent job in removing the stains. My carpet looks brand new! I found Matt to be extremely pleasant. I will have him back as needed. I have already recommended him to members of my family and friends....without hesitation. Matt charges a ''fair'' price for excellent service!

+ -1 moreTHE CLEANER WAS ON TIME ON A SATURDAY MORNING, VERY EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH. WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT I WAS TOLD TO ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE GREAT VALUE AND QUALITY WORK.
Description of Work: CARPETS CLEANED IN BEDROOM, TWO HALLWAYS, 10 STAIRS, GREAT ROOM AND DOWNSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM. THERE WERE MULTIPLE PET (CAT) STAINS AS WELL AS THOSE FROM YOUNG CHILDREN. I REALLY THOUGHT WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TO REPLACE THE DOWNSTAIRS CARPETING. WE WERE AMAZED AT THE RESULTS. WE WILL NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE CARPETING. I ASKED THE TECH FOR IDEAS FOR DEALING WITH PET STAINS AS THEY HAPPENED AND WAS GIVEN VERY GOOD INSTRUCTIONS.

+ -1 moreCALLED FOR PRICES AND SCHEDULE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCHEDULED A TIME TO HAVE ALL THE CARPETS CLEANED. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. WHAT A GREAT JOB THEY DID AND THE CARPETS WERE NOT LEFT WET. VERY POLITE AND EXTREMELY NICE. I WILL CALL AQUA CARE AGAIN FOR THE NEXT JOB AS WELL AS RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS.
