 + 0 moreKevin Flood is a supposed building contractor. He operates under multiple business names and address. He has no business license, no insurance and no scruples. He has no assets as he has hidden them due to multiple law suits. He will bold face lie to you about everything and steal your money. He takes your money and writes checks for materials and the checks bounce then, the companies and the contractors come after you! Washington State Labor and Industries is after him, he is in trouble with the IRS, contractors are after him, building supply companies are after him. He is an out and out crook. He uses sub standard materials, he is constantly late, he does not care about his clients or their belongings. He stole $50,000 from us and left us with a huge unfinished project that had to be completely redone because of substandard material, poor construction and the work did not meet code. IF YOU SEEN THIS GUY, RUN AWAY!!!!
