Description of Work: scanned for viruses and malware, cleaned up software (multiple patches conflicting and slowing down function)

Description of Work: Went extremely well. Did the hook up we needed then did a significant tune up on our computer system.

Description of Work: Our old computer crashed and we got a new laptop. Bob then transferred files,our favorites, photos, and the contact list from our old email program. Showed us around Windows 8 (ugh) and helped set up our desktop to reflect our former one. Very painless and a nice experience with Bob.

Description of Work: Our one computer crashed. Called for appointment Bob came out to repair was very knowledgeable but this was a tough problem ended up taking it with him back to shop. It needed a new mother board, he found a used one on ebay as Vaio doesn't manufacture replacement or recovery disk. He said some time it works out with the used board but there was no guarantee it would last. He got it working just great but it only lasted a week and it crashed again, not his fault. Very pleasant to deal with and I will use him in future for any other problems.

Description of Work: Changed internet provider and internet, wireless, and printer didn't work. After several attempts from the internet provider to fix the problem, problem still existed. Bob Klemola (owner) responded immediately and came out. Fixed the problem(s) in a very short time. Was very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and the short amount of time he took to fix the problem. Highly recommend this company...would certainly use them again.
