My experience was great!! We have a Beam central vacuum system, which has been working just fine for 30+ years, but we needed a new switch for the air hose or a new hose. As you can imaging, finding replacement parts for a system that old was a challenge. After trying one or two on-line stores, I thought I would never find what we needed. They were impersonal and had no time for us. Then, I talked Shawn and later more with Heather who were both very helpful. This was a small sale for them, but they showed both good knowledge and personal integrity by working with the Beam to fine a solution to our problem. We received our new hose earlier this week and it works great! They went above and beyond to help us and we are happy we connected with them. It was a massively different experience than that of the indifferent on-line alternatives.

Shawn was phenomenal! He dealt with extra challenges (stacked furniture and boxes from my mother moving in, extra inuslation in the attic, etc. They installed one retractable hose outlet upstairs, a standard hose outlet downstairs and a compact Wall-y unit in our main bath, all in one day. They worked hard and quick and effectively and we can't be happier with the results!!! the system looks great and works wonderfully! Pricing was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommend Cascade!

These guys are amazing. I'm extremely picky on quality of work/installation, and They were on point! Price was better than any other quotes I received, they were very friendly knowledgeable, on time, and stuck to their word. Which sometimes I worry about when you go with the lowest bid. But I couldn't recommend these guys more. If I could give them a higher rating I would.

Four years ago Shawn from Central Vacuum came out to clear a clog from our vacuum system for a very reasonable price. Recently, we've noticed our vacuum system performance has been deteriorating, but in the busyness of life these days I put off doing anything about it until finally our upstairs outlet was no longer working. I called Shawn, and he came out within 2 days. This time we had some more extensive repairs including a cracked pipe that he was able to locate and repair. He and his partner worked quickly and diligently to insure that each of our outlets, hose, wand, and powerhead are all in good working order. With our system in tip top shape again right down to a fresh bag in the canister, we are ready for our new carpets to be installed tomorrow. My husband and I were impressed with all that he accomplished for a very reasonable price. I won't hesitate to call Cascade Central Vacuum again. They provide excellent service for a great value. I enthusiastically give them my highest recommendation.
