I haven't had a service in a few years and was shocked at the price. Then after signing the contract I got a text from technician explaining what he did and giving a price list of what tip I could leave him. I've never seen prior companies ask for a tip after each visit, and personally find it distasteful.

Did what was promised; and did it on time.

The call taker promised everything under the sun. They said they would spray, they would inspect, would do remediation and exclusionary work. That was all a lie. The very nice exterminator person, when discussing the things promised, explained that they just spray. I could see the disappointment on his face as it would appear that the company makes promises that the individual inspector cannot do. Do not do business with these people!

He was on time, he told me what he was going to do before he did it, he told the tenants what was going on in they apartment and how the treatment would work he did a grant job

The service is good. However, 1 or 2 of the technicians that have been sent to my home did not glaze over some areas of the yard and buildings instead of completing the job. I have a monitor on my home, so once in a while I will notice where some ares were missed. Other than that it was good.,

We started with a Groupon then signed a 3 month contract for pest and rodent control. They came out sprayed the ground area next to the house, did not replace the items they had moved. claimed to check the attic for areas the rodents could get it. They set a few traps but only just inside the attic access points. They saw no signs of a rodent problem. After not renewing the contract we still had the problem. After the rats chewed though the ceiling we called another company and they found 3 rats nests and at least 3 access points for rodents to get into the attic from the outside. Once he fixed them we have had no more problems.

He did a good job.

I hired them for the mouse problem in my house. The sales man was very good, he has a very well rehearsed speech and I essentially signed up for a year of pest control. Someone was supposed to show up Friday afternoon to come and take a look at the house, I made a lot of special provisions for them to come and look up the damage in my house, in the kitchen and in the attic. Basically, they didn't show up and there's no one to contact. I told him I was very upset and I am not gonna work with them any further, then today I got an email, not apologizing for not showing up and they said they didn't show up because it was too dark and that they need to reschedule. They basically failed to communicate with me with the appointment status and just didn't show up and I'm not working with them any further.

First service was right on time and very professional.

Very good the tech explained everything and customer service was on high display.
