Jerry was awesome to work with. He was prompt in replying to my request for a bid and he came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and gave lots of pricing options. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. His team was professional, detailed, and got the job done in record time while provided in a quality paint job. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a professional team and a top quality paint job.

Work was done as scheduled and to specifications. The work crew was efficient and professional. I would recommend Jerry and crew to friends.

Very well. We were unable to be home while the work was done and it was completed as outlined in the bid and with attention to detail. You can tell the two coats of paint were properly applied with drying time in-between. They were true to their representations.

We received three bids for this project and chose Jerry for the following reasons: His recommendations for us during the walk- around, the quality of paint and the process his team utilizes to ensure a superior outcome, the experience level of the staff confirmed for the project, and the fair estimate of time required to complete the project and the fixed fee pricing. The quality of the work was exceptional, the work area was left clean and tidy at the end of every day (inside and out), and even though the wood soffits required considerably more work than estimated, Jerry personally spent several days on site working on them to ensure the final result was exemplary, for no extra cost. We highly recommend Jerry for his courteous, professional and high quality staff and personal service standards!

Good attention to detail. Not everyone has that anymore. They were personable and easy to get along with.

Jerry and his crew did first rate work. Never having painted the exterior of my Old Tacoma home (not since I've moved in), I didn't understand the intricacies of painting an old home with a different siding than the current siding available in new homes. Jerry was able to suggest not only the best colors for this type of home and weather conditions, but the specific type of paint that would last the longest in our wet Pacific Northwest. The job was done both quickly (the painting began on the first nice day following our agreement) and was completed within a few days. There was rain following the first day of painting and a little of the paint dripped making for an unsightly line in the wall. I left Jerry an email then followed up the next day with a call only to find out that his men had come early that morning and fixed the drip. The house has now been painted for a few days and it looks excellent! I couldn't be happier and would recommend Jerry and his crew to anyone. I have a fairly large exterior and found Jerry's pricing very competitive.

Appointment was set promptly, but the owner did not show up as agreed. After a reminder phone call to him, he did arrive to review the structures and discussed the job. No quote was delivered. A reason for not quoting was not offered.

Received a good bid from Jerry, with flexible options. Work started on schedule, with a couple of weather interruptions, and job was completed quickly. Communication was great, and we're really happy with the finished product. I feel that Jerry went beyond expectations, and was very conscientious about completing the job right.

Everything went very well. All questions answered, work started within days of contract being signed. The work continued everyday except Sunday and was completed within a week. The equipment was always put away at the end of each day and completely at the end of the job. My husband and I are very happy with the way our home looks.

Can't say enough great things about Jerry and O'Sheas Painting. I am an out of state home owner and needed someone to paint my rental property in Tacoma, Wa. From the start Jerry was professional. He was articulate about the process and clearly explained the process. He recommended top quality primer and paint but gave me options to save money. I recently visited the house and was pleased with the job he did. I could tell that the paint was applied just as he had described. Proper sanding and preparation made for an top quality job. I am very pleased and would use OShea's again on other properties I have in Tacoma, Wa.

I'm editing this review. I had been critical earlier because I had not received the estimate after his initial visit--there was some sort of email glitch and I was not the only one affected (see his reply below). So I'm going to amend my review. Jerry clearly cares a lot about his reputation and work; he saw my review here and followed up with me immediately so we could get things straightened out--which I really appreciate. His bid was very reasonable--there are plenty of cheaper bids out there, but he clearly aims to do an outstanding job, and I'm sure he does. Unfortunately, during the email confusion I hired someone else, but Jerry offered me additional tips to make sure I get the most from that job. I realize that as a small company, Jerry has to do everything himself and that this is a busy time of year. I'm still sad that our miscommunication means he won't be painting my house; he's by far the most impressive professional I've met and put far more time and thought into looking at my house than the other painters I spoke with. I hope he gets the email wrinkle figured out, because he's clearly a conscientious and professional guy. I'm definitely going to call him for my next painting job.

It's so nice to work with someone that is dependable, honest and professional. Jerry was always here when he said he would be and if he was going to be late, he called me. He always answered my e-mails quickly. Jerry pressure washed my barn and he and his crew finished preparing, priming and painting in one day. My barn looks like new! They did a great job of cleaning up all paint chips and carefully covered and protected all other surfaces. I will definitely be calling again when I need more painting done.

1 painter came out and did all the work. He was polite, hard working, and detail oriented. We went from greenish with beige trim to white with some black trim. The painter worked hard for a week and we are very pleased with the job. Jerry was professional and there were no hidden costs.

Job went well far exceeding my expectations and satisfaction. They all did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Paint job looks fantastic. I would highly reccommend their work and the biusiness to anyone who has painting that needs to be done in a timely manner. My job was for exterior painting, but I am sure they woulf do great indoor work too. Everythig in the vacinity was masked off and everything was well protected.

Outstanding JOB! After completion looked like a different house. All the neighbors commented on it. Superb painting company and and great to work with, start to finish. Jerry Bauer was on top of things,on time, professional and personable during the free estimate and throughout the job. He did what he said he would do and was most responsive/helpful. Jerry also really knew his stuff. He mentioned considerations about the painting process, type of paint, prep etc that other estimates we had done did not cover as thoroughly/clearly. That was impressive; he actually listened, thought about our questions and carefully considered the answers he provided. A pleasure to work with and I had/have confidence in what he said. Prep was great Sprayed on a mildew removing solution first, then pressure cleaned the house. Amazing how ALL the dark mildew was removed. Let the house dry out a couple days, then began painting section by section, just in case the weather did not hold. Prior to painting, checked the moisture of the siding with a gauge each day. Also avoided painting when it was too hot, In other words had a plan and worked to it. Meticulous attention to detail in the painting of the house, trim and details. And put on TWO full coats! I don't know how they did that with NO drips, paint on anything but what they were painting. Amazing. Clean-up was complete each day and after the job was done. Thank YOU O'shea's!!

Original estimate response time was quick and very fairly priced. He was able to start the job within 3 weeks and work around our schedule. He was responsive to a couple of changes we requested mid-job and adjusted the price accordingly at a fair rate. Jerry's paint crew was extremely respectful of our private residence and cleaned up daily. The exterior was pressure washed, sealant applied where needed, caulking done where necessary and two coats were sprayed and rolled on. The house looks fantastic! We highly recommend O'Shea's and would not hesitate to hire again.

He did well. This is my first time working with them and I think they're doing a pretty good job. They were great. I would recommend them, the owner is a nice guy, his crew came up and they finished painting in 2 days for bout $8000.

Jerry was able to schedule us right away and the job was done fast and very well. I'd painted the house myself last year and did a terrible job. I used the wrong paint. The crew was a father and son and they sprayed and rolled a second coat and fixed all the mistakes I made. The house looks much better. They even primed one side where we added a retaining wall and splashed concrete on the siding. This prime coat was suggested by Jerrry. I have not seem a drop if overspray on anything or a missed spot. As I said, they cleaned up every scrap when they left. I've had subs leave pop cans , wrappers, cigarette butts but these guys were perfect. The price was great too. Jerry is busy so sometimes it takes a bit of time to get in touch. We've used email which works well. I'd highly recommend this business.

Outstanding service & workmanship from start to finish - my home looks beautiful!! I chose O'Shea's LLC as a local operation with consistent A ratings on Angie's List (with 31 great reviews in last 2 yrs) - plus a 10% discount coupon. I submitted a scheduling request thru Angie's List & literally within 2 minutes received a phone call back from CEO Jeff Bauer. Wow, impressive!! (Knows how to leverage technology too). Jeff was thorough & helpful during appt. I knew the job would not come cheap, but he worked with me to bring down original estimate by at least 25% (by opting to not paint concrete retaining walls separate from house, ceiling in carport, or hidden beams on underside of balcony etc & by minimizing use of accent colors). Also very helpful with colors & types of paint & stain used. I was flexible about when to start, but Jeff paid attention to weather & had his staff out here at 1st sign of perfect stretch of weather. His painting staff were superb! Courteous, quiet, & expert at their work, not a drop of spilled paint, everything done with mathematical precision. Not used to seeing people take such pride & care with their work - these guys were masters at their craft. They also worked incredibly hard - pressure washed on Monday, 2 days to dry (when cloudy), then painted Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, finishing up with doors & trim on Mon. Even the one small error that occurred was handled with courtesy & professionalism (small length of fence mistakenly partially stained). No problem - Jerry said he'd fix it or replace the fence - but pressure washing took care of it just fine (to be followed up with transparent stain later) Wow, I love my home!! Way beyond what I expected or even envisioned - colors are perfect, workmanship is flawless, plus great customer service from start to finish. Overall they did a very good job, the staining all looks good. There was a misunderstanding about staining the deck but they did not have a problem fixing what I wanted.

It was a pleasure working with CertaPro Painters from start to finish of the project. We decided late in the season to do the painting project. The weather in Washington State with the ever threat of rainy conditions was not our friend and delayed the estimated completion by about 10 days. CertaPro kept as informed and reassured us that the job would be completed with minor delays. The crew sent out was very professional, organized and kept the work areas clean. If a person wants a painter who is professional, a good communicator and uses quality product(Sherwin-Williams) please consider CertaPro

Meticulous workmanship, cleanlieness, and professionalism. Best paint job we have ever had done. NO mess, spills, drips, and did not miss a single spot. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This estimate was about $2500 less than other high quality painters. They did a great job, kept me informed, and were able to do this sooner than anyone else. The work took about 4 days starting with pressure washing and ending with final trim and front door. At the end of each work day the site was thoroughly cleaned. I will definitely use Certa Pro again if I have other needs.
