Independent Pest Control connected with me quickly to set an appointment. The rep arrived on-time and quickly assessed the issue as a major wasp nest in the soffit area. The problem was easily solved by the rep quickly and efficiently. Since it turned out to be such an easily solved problem I didn't get to see all that they could or would do in a more complex problem but am very satisfied with the job done. The rep was courteous, knew what needed to be done and got the job done quickly. If I have other pest issues these folks will be my first call.

They told us the cost would be $300.00 which included the original service plus two follow up applications. They did call to see if the ants had been eradicated and I told them I would check as we are seldom at this residence. Later when I talked to them, I told them we were still having ant activity and reminded them they still "owe" us two follow up services. I was then told the two follow ups were only good for 30 days. They did come back for a second application but I would not have hired them had I known the three applications had to be completed in 30 days

This company is NOT a company that insists on a one year contract or no service company. They come out check things out, service the problem then do two follow ups and if that doesn't fix the problem they will come out on a month to month basis until the problem is resolved. I'm having them come out one more time just to make sure it is resolved. They are not a high pressure company, but here to do the job without pressure. I liked that about them and they were more reasonable than the other company that I had give me a quote, who tried to pressure me into a one year contract. The staff is all very pleasant and also found more areas where I had carpenter ants, than what the other company even looked. Yet tried to pressure me into calling the company I'm using and canceling my initial appointment with them. I refused to cancel the appointment.
