My crawl space has got to rank in the top 1% of the WORST. At most, there is 3 feet of clearance. These guys did a beautiful job and used wooden battens, not string, so the insulation will not come down again. They also replaced the vapor barrier and cleaned and de-odorized the entire space. Great job!

They were very responsive and customer friendly. I would use them again in an instant.

I hired them to deal with some wasps in my eaves. They were very responsive and the service was fine. I did not want to use Terminex, who I have had problems with the "corporate" mentality and difficulty with scheduling...the guys are always ok, it's the customer service that is terrible. So I was hoping a small family run business would be better. The jury is still out because once I scheduled them, and the technician arrived, the costs kept going up...everything is an add-on, which would have been nice to know upfront. However the other company that pops up on Home Advisor wouldn't even quote a price on the phone. So will give it three months and see what I think!

Make sure you get three estimates. They were a little high for there prices for the area. They were very polite and did clean up after themselves. If they cannot reach or clearly see the area in the attic, then they don't deal with it. Other than that they were good.

They not only treated for ants, but they sealed up the failing crawl space vent screens, which I really appreciated. Later, they installed a secure door over the crawl space entrance to keep out critters. It was needed and I hadn't even thought to ask. I appreciated that.

Talk about quick and easy! I had a phone call from Independent just moments after requesting help from Home Advisor for birds who took up residence in my chimney surround- 3 stories up!. They had someone come out right away to assess the situation, and set a time for completing the project that was convenient for me. They kept me informed every step of the way,, and answered all my questions. The technician even gave me a call to let me know he was on his way and would arrive on time. Sure looks like they solved my problem- Hooray!

They did an excellent job of getting all openings plugged to stop any further intrusions. Very professional. Also cleaned up all evidence that the rodents had ever been in.

These folks are very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. This is the kind of service people can be proud of providing and supporting. Of course, time will tell on how the ants and spiders feel about Independent Solutions, but for me, they are keepers.

They showed up when they said they would. Gave me a very reasonable estimate for the job. Once we set a time to begin the job they arrived within the time set, began right away and were done before I knew it. They are coming back to recheck the job and to make sure that there are no continuing problems with the birds. I would highly recommend this company.
