Very professional and kind.

They came very quickly and did the first treatment that day. Very professional and friendly. Gave us a lot of information and made us feel a bit more at ease. We are in a brand new home and had pavement ants . It was so gross and after the first treatment we had at least 80% less ants. By the 3rd I would say we are at about 97% free of ants. It’s frustrating to have a new home and deal with this but I guess it’s pretty common . Thanks independent for the good work and thank you home advisor for the referral .

Save your money on this company; they will not budge on their prices for the work they have to do. I had a small job for them to do and they had one set price and did not want to negotiate. Save your money, go with someone else who is willing to help you out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The Team is very professional and reassuring. We have found both comfort and security in the knowledge and approach of David and Matt. I would definitely recommend them!

Very friendly and professional. I wasn't pressured to sign a contract as I was with other companies. Everything was explained to me prior to having the work done. I highly recommend Independent Pest Solutions.

Guy was the nicest and greatest person there could be. He was straight forward with the price ( which was amazing) and exactly what he had to do. He showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Thanks Guy, you rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Matt called me right away and scheduled us. He has excellent customer service and is "on it". Jen came out for a free estimate and put her crawl suit on and went everywhere in the crawl to determine a plan of action. She gave us 3 options. We went with 1 of the options and she returned to set traps and build a crawl space access door. She then came out weekly to check traps and adjust. Jen was absolutely amazing, she was very detailed in her work and took a peek at my garage for me to ensure we are okay there. Will work with Independent Pest again.

The service was for a rental we own. Independent told us that they would contact the tenants and make arrangements on date and time to meet. They did this. Independent also told us that they would contact us with price PRIOR to providing any service. They did NOT do this. Having not hearing back from them after they met with the tenants we contacted them. They had told us that they had already completed treatment and informed us of the cost. I would have appreciated contacting me with the cost amount and treatment recommendation prior to doing the job so that I would have had an option of opting out if I felt the price was too high or the treatment was not what I wanted.

Jacob was knowledgeable and professional. He properly diagnosed the problem, proposed a fix....and no more funny noises in the walls and attic.

Customer service and friendly agents were great. Offered much more in service, price, and follow up service, and in addition they related information to me regarding a rodent problem and options, than any other company that I interviewed.
