The person who came was very friendly and accommodating. He supplied me with quite a bit of good information. The disappointment came in the fact that he did not do the primary task that concerned me when I called for help. I suspect that there was inadequate information on my part. My concern was that the firebox in the fireplace insert was extremely sooty; it was impossible for one to reach into the box to place wood or build a fire without getting hands or arms covered with soot. I had to go in later and clean the firebox--which I could/should have done in the first place.

They came in a cleaned out the stove, chimney and inspected the word burning stove for defects as I had just bought the house and wanted to be sure the stove was good to go. They are in high demand though so make sure you plan ahead and call them early.

We had them Replace chimney from roof line up, Install Stainless liner, Re-face brick inside of the house. Very nice work, Now the negatives Upon estimates they took pictures drew pictures and got 75% of the work done then realized what they thought would work was not going to work, My options were to Buy a new insert or we had to drastically change the plan. we changed the plans.With that said, i had to purchase a piece of angle iron and then i was told they were going to charge me another $50.00 to install? (3 screws) and my drill bit, which i never saw again. the work proformed is Beautiful
