They were wonderful! They gave me options and explained things so I could understand. I appreciate the patience they showed and flexibility with my schedule.

The work was efficient, timely, and well done. Some of the communication around it, though, felt a little haphazard.

Great Customer Service and Follow-up

This project was a chimney repair from the roof line up replacing old brick and mortar which had broken down over the years from weather. Customer Service was excellent. Received a prompt and fair estimate. Work was done as scheduled by very competent workers who left the job site in very clean condition. Very nice transition from the old brick level to the new level going to the chimney cap, considering the chimney brick was 40 yrs old. Perfect brick match. I would highly recommend this company for the professionalism and workmanship! Couldn't be more pleased!

They called me the morning after I did the search on the Home Advisor app, came out at a time convenient for me, did the work I needed, and provided an estimate for additional work. I was super pleased and would definitely recommend. Contractor seemed knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

Excellent job. Had him come out to clean my brick fireplace and a free standing wood stove. My brick fireplace we nearly never use, he took one look and said it wasn't necessary and didn't charge me. Some companies just would have gone ahead and done the work even if it wasn't necessary. Really appreciated it.

Nate did an excellent job on our chimney. He recommended either repair or replacing it as it is leaking. I have Powers Chimney scheduled to rebuild my chimney based on his recommendation and excellent work he did.

I got another bid that was much higher ($225 per chimney) so went with Powers ($140/chimney plus $20 off for multiple chimneys). They called to let me know my tech was running a little behind (Thank You!). Tech came, was clean and professional amd nice. Got his work done and was on his way. Thanks for a great job.

They came and cleaned the chimney. As to how good a job they did, I have no way to know. The gentleman who did the work told me we'd had chimney fires and that it had been really dirty. He wrote on the receipt that we should not burn in the fireplace until we had it repaired. The repair he recommended was a $2,100 liner. I had another service that's been around for a long time come in to inspect the chimney. He found no evidence of fires, said the chimney looked fine and that even if it looked bad, he would not have recommended the liner Powers recommended. Draw your own conclusions.

The technician was very thorough, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the inspection.

Their really good and efficient, get the job done, well rounded guys.
