I had a range of up to 4 houses to have chimneys cleaned and inspected, all had reasonable quotes and the work performed was outstanding. They worked to discount all the work that was needed on all the houses. The customer service was super, they were easy to contact, and the follow up was superb!

They were really great. Did a throough inspection, explained everything that should be done and why, gave an estimate that was lower than others we'd received and were prompt in scheduling and completing the work as quoted. Great experience.

Everyone that we spoke to was very helpful! They explained everything they were going to do and they did it in less time than they had estimated. We highly recommend them and would use them again if another project arises.

The pricing structure was not well explained over the phone. I explained that I had 1 chimney with 1 fireplace and 1 wood stove on 2 different floors and was quoted a certain price. When the service was completed the serviceman billed a different price, basically double what was quoted over the phone.

Powers actually took pictures of the flashing on my chimney to show me what was causing the leaking. They also made a recommendation to spray the fake river rocks (which should not be used outside on a chimney) . They also made a second trip back to my house to take the flashing off the chimney off to confirm the condition of the chimney. None of this cost me any money. The work was done promptly and included pictures so I could see the work they did. The best part is the leaking problem has been fixed.
