They were prompt, got right to the job, and was gone. I never met one of the guys (who worked on the roof). I think it is important in customer service to meet anyone who will be wokring on your home. But, I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, on time, and very friendly. Did a great job cleaning the fireplace, wood burning stove, and both flues. Performed a thorough inspection and presented the results in a clear, organized manner. Even got a quick crash course on the use of our wood burning stove! Would definitely recommend and will use again as the need arises.
