They didn?t just throw my things in boxes, they carefully packed and moved each item. They even had special packing materials for my expensive items like crystal and glassware. I was pleased to see how seriously they take their work and respect their clients? property. The services provided by this company saved me a lot of time and stress. I recently made the mistake of using this company to move from Arizona to Nevada. The absolute worst moving experience of my life. The most unprofessional and careless company I have ever done business with. They will be super helpful initially through the quoting process and underquote you only to upcharge you THOUSANDS of dollars during pick-up. By the way, the ONLY thing you can use a legitimate payment method for (credit card) is the security deposit you pay. ALL other transactions have to be cash or money orders that have to be left blank. The most unprofessional, unreliable process I've ever dealt with using a moving company, and I've moved several times in the past decade. Bait and switch operation with unprofessional staff, no transparency, unethical and illegitimate business practices. HUNDREDS of dollars of damages and HUDREDS of dollars in missing items. -10 stars would be my review if possible. NEVER do business with this company.

Hands down the WORST experience I have ever had with ANY COMPANY ive EVER done business with. To start, I spoke to a sales rep named PHILLIP GRANT. This guy is the definition of sleezy sales guy. Tells you everything you need to hear to get the sale. SHAME on me for giving this turd the benefit of a doubt. I thought that I got a smoking deal at first; so naturally I cancelled the option i booked, once again SHAME on me for not remembering, IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS . Long story short....moving day comes, PRICE DOUBLES, YES you heard that right it freaking doubled!!! An extra 4 grand smack in the face....and guess what....Phillip the turd, never answers his phone, nor does he call back, EVER! Not a day later, not the first Monday after the move, never. Here is what pisses me off the most. I asked multiple times, are you sure the price I was quoted will not change? . I bet you can guess what Phillip the turd said. Then full review on Google since I am maxed out.

This is the worst moving company ever. They held our stuff hostage and nearly killed our cat. They are so dishonest, shady, awful to work with and broke our furniture. Do not trust this company. Stay far away from them.

Booking with quite easy and painless. The confirmation call came 2 days before the move which was also quick and efficient. Lastly the two movers Matthew and Mois came and were fantastic with all of our boxes and items. Truly an easy experience overall. I am beyond happy with the experience and will 100% use this service when moving and ask for Matthew and Mois for loading.

They were hired for a full pack and move of a 2 story 3 bedroom house from Illinois to Alabama. They showed up late and understaffed. I ended up helping extensivly to get the job done. There was no applogy or discount offered eventhough I did a lot of work. They showed up late and understaffed again in Alabama. I had a number of items missing from the delivery and a lot of property damaged while it was in their possesion. 100 year old dinning set never covered and delivered with every signle piece damaged. $16,000 bedroom set with pieces missing and every piece delivered damaged. 8 weeks after the fact they, quit communicating with me.
