On time, courteous and did a great job. What else could you ask for??? Randy was very responsive in handling the appointments. This is the second time I have used them.

I was impressed by the speed and efficiency, guys managed to do tons of work in 2 hours.

They are very nice and professional guys showed on time and answered all my questions. They checked all the outlets in each room. And check the electric panel.

I purchased the inspection deal initially and then soon discovered that it wasn't really needed. so I contacted the provider who cancel and refunded the purchase with no issue at all. will use this provider again in the future should needs arise.

Would hire again. Prompt, not as expensive as the other guys, and worked hard and efficiently. Excellent responsiveness to issues afterwards, and excellent responsiveness to questions and texts.

The electrician was knowledgeable and worked quickly. The work was performed very well and all systems worked perfectly after the work was completed. He was very punctual.

We are getting ready to sell our house so needed things repaired and upgraded that we have put up with for years. Under-cabinet lights did not work and new tubes did not help. Brandon found that the starters on some needed to be replaced and that one was just wired wrong. He gave me a list of what was needed for this job and some others and I went to Home Depot to get the parts. All were readily available and it saved the expense of using his parts. There were lights in a couple rooms that did not work well and he changed out the fixtures so they are now great!. We asked him to change all the batteries in the smoke detectors since we no longer get up on ladders to do this stuff. He found a couple that were non-functional and we got new fixtures for those too. He checked out and changed the light bulbs in all the out-door fixtures so now the outside lights work great too. Worker did call to let me know he would be a few minutes late. He was very competent and professional about the work. The work was well planned since I had given him a list of what was needed and he worked through it to use his time most efficiently. I was concerned when he arrived in a truck with no sign boards but he explained they had just purchased new trucks and were waiting their turns for the "wrapping". He provided ID to confirm he was with the business I had called.

The electrician was able to replace an aging outlet on the spot. He offered several alternatives with general cost ballparks and suggested we start with the smallest cost - a new outlet - before engaging in a long re-wiring process. Took him about 10 minutes to replace the outlet and then asked if there was anything else we wanted him to review. We talked about some small items and future considerations and he was very informative and offered reasonable solutions.

BSE did a fantastic job. An overhead light in one bathroom hasn't worked for years and three different electricians couldn't find the problem. BSE found the issue and fixed it for no extra charge. My tenants said they were friendly and professional and didn't disrupt the house and their small children while they were working.

I inadvertently damaged the CAT5 cable, thus breaking the connection between the device and my household router. Because the repair involved stripping the ends of the cable and re-wiring them at the wall jacks inside the walls, I decided to have an experienced electrician do it. Then along came the Angie's List Big Deal offer to have an electrician for two hours, and I decided to go for it.

They are responsible and it's a quick work, it's just a 5 min fix. The only thing is I thought they may prorated the fee since it only took them 5 mins, but they charged me for the whole hour.

I think our tech was John. What a great guy. he did all our list and we still had plenty of time to go. We kept him busy. He even offered to help us pack boxes. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgable . I would highly recommend Black Sheep and I will definitely use them again.

We recently had a power outage that fried several of our appliances and a heated bathroom floor control. The company was easy to work with. They were on time for the appointment. The guy showed up, was easy to talk to. He ran the diagnostics on the wiring for the bathroom floor where the control had got cooked. He then ran another diagnostics check on our master bathroom floor heater wiring to verify that the readings he was getting were correct. He made some good suggestions on which units to buy to replace the burnt out control and also suggested replacing the master bathroom control as it is old and doesn't have a good reputation. I would highly recommend this company and they will be my go too for any future electrical needs.

My tech. John was very helpful and knowledgeable I appreciated he was on time and he was extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He suggested I could switch around an amp and covered up the spaces that were not to be used again because the amp burned the metal down thin. I'm very satisfied with the service. Hopefully I won't have any more electrical problems but if I ever do I will contact them again.

I knew going in that 8 hours would not be sufficient to get all the jobs I have completed, but Ryan contacted me immediately after I signed up for the deal to schedule his team. They were busy, so I did have to wait a couple days before they could start, but the wait was not long. He said they could come over between 12 --1 yesterday and by 12:30 they were here and ready to go. I reviewed our drive way post light job and a pretty extensive back yard post cap lighting job with them. They took notes the whole time and discussed with Ryan to make sure they had all the information they needed to do the work. The most time consuming part was the extensive trenching they had to do to run the wiring. They also had to go buy a # of items, but they were back quickly and worked until after dark to complete the job. The majority of the expense noted above ($400) was for the supplies. Both men were professional, explained everything that needed to be done and worked efficiently to get the job done the same afternoon. I've already contacted Ryan to have his team come back to finish the back yard project (once the lights arrive!). I highly recommend Black Sheep Electric.

98006The tenant found there are some outlets don't work well and I purchased 2 hours coupon from Black Sheep. He checked all the outlets and come back next time with all the newly purchased outlet. Materials cost is $84.5, and there's no additional hour be charged. Tenant is happy with the result.

Dylan and Tony were perfectly on time, courteous, friendly, and expedient. They kept me informed all along the way--especially since they had to cut a couple of holes in the downstairs ceiling to run the wiring from upstairs between the floors to the fuse box at the far end of the downstairs. From start to finish, they were excellent (and also very tolerant of my yappy little dogs).

While at home one evening I had a breaker trip and could not reset it leaving me partly dark and without a refrigerator. I called a family member who advised how to reset. Following the instructions, I could not get it to reset. I was also advised the type of panel/breakers were notorious for failure. I went online and verified that indeed my type/make of panel was prone to failure, and I could not locate any new breaker (only found used available). I then went to Angie's List to locate a a highly rated electrician and found Black Sheep. The next morning I called and left a message stating my problem. Ryan, the owner, almost immediately returned the call and I made an arrangement with him. Not long after that call, Ryan called to indicate he had a cancellation and could come almost immediately if I was available. He came and fixed the problem, did a thorough inspection and provided an estimate for a panel upgrade. Overall, Ryan was courteous, concerned about my problem and extremely fair on the price. I will recommend him to anyone needing electrical help.

The provider was to contact me and schedule service within 48 hours. I didn't hear from them and when I contacted them, they said they couldn't do any work for 10 days, which was unacceptable. In my opinion, if they couldn't do the work, they shouldn't be advertising on AL and should have contacted me immediately.
