Description of Work: I had a 149$ big deal for PureClean for my house cleaning. They clean the entire duplex and I had an additional charge because I had them do more carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: FOUND THE OFFER TO CLEAN OUR ORIENTAL RUGS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND SOUNDED GOOD. WENT ON LINE AND RESEARCHED COMPANY. SOUNDED GOOD. TRIED TO CALL A NUMBER OF TIMES GETTING ONLY THE MESSAGE RECORDER. LEFT MESSAGE AND DID NOT GET RETURN CALL. FINALLY REACHED A YOUNG LADY AND SHE TOLD ME i COULD BRING THE CARPETS THAT DAY. i TOLD HER WE WOULD COME LATER IN THE DAY.ARRIVED AT PURE CLEAN APROX. 1430 HOURS. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE, DOOR WAS LOCKED. WE RANG THE DOOR BELL AS DIRECTED BY A PRINTED MESSAGE ON THE DOOR. STILL NO ANSWER. WENT AROUND TO THE REAR OF THE BUILDING THINKING SOMEONE MUST BE IN BACK CLEANING CARPETS. NO ONE!!TRIED CALLING THE PHONE NUMBER AGAIN. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS THE SAME YOUNG LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID SHE WOULD CONTACT OWNER TO RETURN CALL.SHE SAID THAT SHE COULD NOT COME AS SHE WAS AN HOUR AWAY. WAITED ANOTHER PERHAPS 10 MINUTES AND NO CALL SO WE LEFT. EVENTUALLY THE OWNER CALLED AND SAID WE MISSED HIM BY TWO MINUTES AND APOLOGIZED AND SAID THEY DID NOT THINK WE WERE COMING THAT DAY OD SOMETHING TO THAT EFFECT. HE APOLOGIZED AND OFFERED TO COME PICKUP THE RUGS. WE DECLINED AND SAID THAT WE WOULD THINK IT OVER. WE DID AND DECIDED TO HAVE COIT CLEANERS TO THE THE CLEANING. PLEASE RETURN OUR $149.00 . PLEASE REST ASSURED THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ON ANGIE'S REPUTATION . WE WILL CONTINUE TO LOOK FOR OTHER SERVICES ON YOU LIST FIRST.

Description of Work: I wanted three area rugs to be cleaned, the total square footage was under 300 square feet.. After calling Pure Clean to make an appointment, I learned the deal only applied to wall to wall carpeting, which was not mentioned in the fine print. The person I spoke with at Pure Clean told me I could get each area rug cleaned for $249 each, or $747 for three rugs. She would offer a special of $199 each, $597 for the three rugs. She explained it was an entirely different process to clean area rugs. I stated that I thought the fine print should have stated the deal only applied to wall to wall carpeting, and she did not appear to agree with this, as if she thought the ad was obvious as is. I then called Angie's list to ask for a credit to my Visa. The individual I spoke to heartily agreed tha the ad was misleading and offered to talk to Pure Clean to see if they would honor the deal. He stated that 90 % of the time they can get a deal to be honored, particularlybin cases like this where there is a misrepresentation. I was hesitant, but the person felt the ad was very misleading, so I agreed. Then I received an email from Angie's List regarding alternative cleaning methods that Pure Clean may be offering to clean my rugs. This email led me to believe that there was not much of a chance that the deal would go through, and I was fine with that because I did not understand that cleaning area rugs was a different process. Then I received an email from the president of Pure Clean to quote me on cleaning three rugs. By this time I was very sorry I agreed to have Angie's list try to get me the $119 deal and wished the person I spoke to had not sounded so encouraging. I don't want to cause a company to lose money on cleaning my rugs. I still think the ad was misleading, and wish I had never responded in the first place. I have to say after this experience, I am less likely to respond to special deals. The experience leaves me with an uncomfortable memory.

Description of Work: Very very happy with the professionalism and result of Pure Clean. They just came out to our house and cleaned several large area rugs. I thought their prices were reasonable and they did a great job. No chemical smell and the carpets were almost completely dry by the time they left. They offered a few additional products but were not obnoxious about it. For a small additional fee they cleaned a spot on a wall-to-wall carpet upstairs. I am a realtor and I would definitely use them or refer them to clients without any hesitation.

Description of Work: Came early, very professional, quality cleaning although took a day to dry rather then a few hours. When arrived, introduced himself, provided estimate and suggested options (which I didn't do). The other costs were because of additional stairs. I'd use them again.

Description of Work: Service Provider arrived on time. He was very courteous and clearly took pride in his work. He explained exactly what the procedure would be and worked methodically. He cleaned our living room, hall, and 2 bedrooms (one quite large and one small). Results were outstanding. I chose this company because they do not use chemicals or soaps. All equipment is truck-mounted. Hot purified water is applied and carpets are left barely damp. They dried completely in approximately 2 hours. I am extremely pleased by the high quality and professionalism and definitely will use them for any future carpet cleaning.

Description of Work: Very pleasant young man arrived when expected and examined my very dirty carpet, including pet use. He clearly explained what he could do and offered 3 different rates. When I had chosen he quickly went to work and I was very happy and satisfied with the result.The carpets look very close to new again.

Description of Work: Rep arrived on time, but I was late. After calling him, he agreed to wait as I was only a few minutes away. He did an OUTSTANDING job, even getting out dried paint! I will definitely use him/Pure Clean again.
