Outstandingly as usual. We really like the work performed by Pure Clean. This time we had two jobs -- one onsite and one offsite. We had two area rugs cleaned and they did a beautiful job with those. We also had them come to the house to clean the lower level carpets. I was thoroughly impressed with the turnaround and quality of work done on the lower level carpet, as well as the area rugs.

I was impressed with the job done by ProClean and the excellence of the technician that cleaned my carpets.

Pureclean did a great job. Peter arrived promptly for both appointments and completed the work with no issues. Very professional and the results of the carpet cleaning and hardwood refinishing are great. Surprised how well the hardwoods came out. I will have them back to clean my tile / grout.

The carpets didn't come out that clean, there were spots still remaining all over the place and they introduced a huge stain in the hallway carpet. The agent agreed that the stain was not there and was caused by him. But after a couple of revisits they sent their owner who gave BS reasons of how the stain happened and how it's not their fault. They also left a few areas completely untouched where their gigantic vacuum couldn't go in. If I pay for a service I expect a good cleaning from them especially when I paid the most expensive cost

This was a $119 big deal purchase. It was fine. It went okay.

What a relief it was to deal with the professionalism of PureClean carpet cleaning company! (After my bad experience with Available Carpet Care--see my review.) Pure set up the appointment promptly, explained the service, reconfirmed the appointment, called the morning of, and showed up on time. The cleaner who arrived was a young man named James, who was very polite and well-informed, and he set to work to repair the carpeting from the catastrophe left behind by the previous cleaners--huge, rusty-colored stains that looked permanent and unfixable. But he managed to undo the damage, and when he was finished the carpeting looked great!

Price of job was increased after the installer arrived vs. my initial phone call. But I agreed to the increased price. Cleaning was incomplete and poor results. He only spent about 15 minutes on the task that i would expect to take an hour. Little improvement. Second return visit went better at no extra charge.

I was quoted a price for cleaning and once they looked at our carpets they had lots of upcharges for testing moisture, pre-treat etc. I expect that to be included instead of coming with a 10 minute sales pitch to upcharge me. I also asked for our stairs to be cleaned and had top leave while they were working and I am pretty sure they never cleaned to stairs. I would not use this vendor again. The sales person was professional and nice.

The office staff was very nice and efficient. Scheduling was easy and convenient. They confirmed by email and called the day of the appointment to give me an estimated arrival time. Brandon arrived early! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and made recommendations. He worked vey hard and did a great job! He is excellent at his job. I highly recommend Pure Clean.

The Rep for the company was super kind, patient and discussed the charges upfront with me, I like that type of service.

Brandon arrived toward the end of our (2) hour time frame. But.....well worth the wait! He did an amazing job!! Dedicated to making sure we were happy and we got what we needed and wanted. Amazing energy. We have used them twice now and wouldn't hesitate to call again.

Found Pure Clean on Angie?s list had to try them. So glad I did. Nate did a fantastic job with whole house carpet cleaning and also cleaned a couch and three chairs. Smells so sweet and looks so good. They?ll be asked back.

I used my Angie's coupon to get a significant amount off the cleaning, but it was still fairly spendy. That said, PureClean was a joy to deal with, from setting up the appointment, to dealing with the pick-up and drop-off. The folks were all friendly and very knowledgeable, and the rugs looked much, much better.

Prompt, courteous, professional, and fair price for services provided. Would not hesitate to use PureClean again.

Donovan was prompt and professional and cleaned our carpets thoroughly. Pure Clean is a little pricey, but we were happy with the quality of the work and would use again. One note, the 3-5 hour advertised dry time is a little optimistic.

We liked their video which showed they clean the rugs gently, not by machines that might harm them. They were quick to schedule our service, and completed on time. We delivered and picked up the rugs, although I think they can arrange this if you ask them. The rugs were nice and clean, no stress or damage.

On June 14, 2015, I responded to a deal offered by Angie’s List for $200.00 worth of rug cleaning at the price of $99.00. I paid for this deal with my VISA account, ending in 3905. On or about July 1, 2015 I contacted the designated provider, Pureclean of Woodinville; this was the beginning of the confusing messages I received from the two office staff. One said that Pureclean does not work with oriental rugs, the other said yes, they do. One said that rugs are not brought in by the customer, but that Pureclean goes out to the customer’s home. The other said that we must take the rugs into Pureclean. But then, on July 2, 2015, I was told that a driver would be out to pick up the rugs; it was requested that I send them the measurements of the rug, which I did on the same day. On July 3, a very nice driver came to my home, measured the rugs, and took them. On or about July 17, 2015, another very nice driver returned them. At first glance, the rugs looked all right, but on the following day by daylight, it was clear to my husband and me that they looked worse than when we sent them. The smaller rug (red) had a new brown stain on the fringe, and the colors of the rug itself were streaky, while the solid gray areas, which had looked dirty and were the reason for having the rug cleaned) still looked dirty. The larger rug (green) had several dark blackish horizontal lines across parts of the width; deeper green lines running vertically; and one whole corner of the rug was noticeably darker than the rest of the rug. On July 20, 2015, I called Pureclean to complain about the condition of these rugs, and asked if someone could come out to examine them. I was told this could not be done, but that I must email pictures of the rugs. We did so, and requested return of the $99.00 we had invested in this deal. On the same day, we received an email from Ben Surdi saying these were just grooming marks, and that simple vacuuming shifts the nap of the wool and causes a slight color change depending on direction from which you view the rug and how the light hits it. I then repeatedly vacuumed the rugs going in one direction, then in the reverse, and either way, the red rug still looked streaky and its gray areas still looked dirty; the green rug still showed dark streaks and a dark corner. Since Pureclean had rejected our request to reimburse us for our investment in the Angies’ List deal, we took the rugs to Emmanuel’s, a rug cleaner that we had used for many years, but we had thought had gone out of business. It turned out that Emmanuel’s had merely moved and returned to business. The man in charge there said that they could deal with the problems we pointed out to him, stemming from cleaning techniques inappropriate for oriental rugs. When we got the rugs back, they looked much better, though faint dark streaks were still visible, and the brown stain on the fringe of the red rug could not be completely removed. The charge was $134.45. Although I think it would be more appropriate for us to be reimbursed the full amount paid for re-cleaning the rugs, not to mention the hassle and the damages to the rugs still remaining after they were re-cleaned, I am only requesting the $99.00 originally invested for the deal.

What a pleasant experience every step of the way! I emailed PureClean on Sunday, was contacted Monday AM, and had clean carpets by Thursday. Donovan was very professional and explained the process in detail. We especially appreciated his thoroughness as he cleaned. We will definitely use this service again.

I called Pure Clean because it is one of two carpet cleaning companies the property management company recommends because they meet all their requirements. Eric arrived on time and was dressed neatly and professionally. I showed him around the house and discussed all the issues with the home. He spent time measuring the home and scanning the carpet for the extent of pet damage. To ensure we understood the property management firms requirements we spent some time on the phone with them. Then Eric and I discussed the options. We both agreed that the carpet in one room was beyond cleaning; it needed to be replaced. There was no since in spending money to clean that room. Then we moved on to discuss what he believed needed to be done in the remaining rooms. We agreed on the approach and the price. He began working and he was quick and diligent. The end results were great. I am very happy with their service, would hire them again and I believe the property management company will be happy as well. Great job Eric.

Everything went well. The rugs were clean and looked great. The only issue I had was with the 12' silk runner. The rugs had to stay at the facility a bit longer than they originally told me, which was not a problem for me. I brought them home, unrolled the runner and noticed that it felt just a bit damp. Nothing major and certainly nothing that would damage the wood floor it was on so I just unrolled it and left it. A few days later I noticed it had a slight but noticeable curve to it. It has stayed that way ever since and I don't think there is much to be done about it. I wonder if they were anxious about keeping it longer than they originally told me so that gave it back when it wasn't completely dry?? Well, lesson learned. My wool rugs were perfect. Maybe the next time I need the silk one cleaned, I will take it to a place that specializes in fine, oriental rugs. I think Pure Clean is more about carpets and not so much about high quality rugs like the one I have.
