Description of Work: They mailed me a coupon but didn't allow me to use it just because they have to dig out the tank. I bet 99% septic tank service involve some digging work so please don't send the coupon at the first place if customer most likely cannot use it. And even worse, the on site professional just left the mess for me to handle.
