A WESCO SEPTIC SERVICE

After having used Awesco in the past for septic needs, I'm utterly shocked at what happened this time around. I called asking for a septic pump quote for my home that they had serviced before. I was quoted $520, with a $20 charge, equaling out to $560. They scheduled me a few days out. Boy was I surprised when my card was charged $677.71. Idk about you, but if you quote someone, you don't add on additional charges to snake the customer out of money. You be upfront about your pricing so that your company isn't looked at it a negative way. After calling Bob at the office and asking what happened, he became hostile and tried justifying his fees that they never mentioned in the quote, such as a $15 fuel surcharge fee, a 2% credit card fee that was never mentioned, a filter cleaning fee of $35. Had I know of these fees, I would have easily of picked another provider. After explaining that I called for a quote and that they have serviced my home in the past without having a bunch of added fees, and then Bob replying with "I'm the cheapest in the valley"( NEWSBREAK! HE'S NOT! Try SKY VALLEY PUMPER FOR $580 and not a bunch of extra fees.) he finally relented and said he would credit back the fees. NARRATOR: HE DIDNT! So not only do they lie about quotes and then overcharge me after the service is done, Bob then lies about crediting me back. REAL CLASSY BOB! After having these guys service my home for years, I'll warn everyone now they are absolutely going to scam you the moment they get a chance. A bunch of lying, greed and deception. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THESE GUYS. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT. Plenty of other great service providers out there in the valley who won't rip you off. BEWARE!

It went well. They inspected the tank (which they had pumped 6 months earlier) and did a stress test on the leach field (which was fine). They were professional and reasonable.

The engineers fro Awesco were fantastic. They arrived when they said they would. They explained everything they were doing. They discussed concerns with the contractor who was doing our remodel and explained the systems. They left things in order and the price for services was very fair. They didn't try to upsell anything and provided guidance on how to maintain our system. I would definitely recommend them.

I called A Wesco and spoke to Rob. Rob scheduled the service on the day I needed it. Lucas arrived on time and was very nice to work with. He was polite, efficient and he took the time to show me how to maintain our system (I didn't even know there was a filter to clean - the last people we hired never showed me). Lucas also explained some possible future maintenance but didn't pressure me into scheduling it. I was very pleased with Lucas, his positive attitude and his work.

I didn't like their office people from 3 yrs ago but they still had employees I liked so they came and took care of my concerns.

It went well. The crew was knowledgeable, on-time, friendly, and efficient. The job was straightforward. The tank hatches were quickly removed, the tank pumped, the filter cleaned, and the hatches replaced. No digging was needed.

Lucas from Wesco came out within 24 hours to locate and pump our septic. He was 3 hours late, but considering it was an emergency situation and a Sunday, we were OK with that. With trouble on the previous job we understood he couldn't leave until that was completed. He could have done better at letting us know his status. We had no idea where the tank was located (the house builder had told me I would never have to pump!!) but Lucas found it, pumped it, cleaned it, and returned the system to full functionality.

Service technician was very friendly and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Only surprise was the large fee for inspection.

Problem was only temporarily fixed, due to installing the wrong septic drain field switch.

Good service. Satisfied. They did the work as promised. The only part is that they did not mention the $9 fuel surcharge when giving the charges over the phone. The charge only appeared after they arrived (prior to start pumping).

Fixed septic tank pipe intake. Pumped septic tank. Cleared clog. Sewage was backing up into the kitchen sink and the bathtub. This has been an issue in the past. It has been very costly over the last year. Sounds like these guys fixed what other's botched.
The technician (Jesse) communicated very well with me by phone throughout the entire  process saving me a 50 mile trip. We originally had this property worked on by two other plumbing companies who obviously did a very poor job of fixing the issues at hand. Finding a plumber for our Arlington, Wa rental home has been a very serious challenge. Even our property management company is facing similar issues. Eventually we dialed in on a wesco and it seems we've finally found a lifetime plumber for this location.
I've recommended a wesco to our property manager and the same to you.

Originall, I called another company who came out and pumped the tank but did not schedule a tech as promised. I paid for the pumping but decided to go with someone else to fix the pipe. A Wesco is close to my house so I checked YELP and Angieslist and the reviews were great. After calling they said they would have someone out between 12 and 2. They showed up within the window and even called twice to let me know they were on the way. The tech made a quick assesment and said he would have a couple guys out first thing in the AM with the needed parts. He qouted me $500 on the spot and that was the final price. I believe it was a fair price based on the work needed.
