Superbly! Wished I had found this shop long ago. The technicians are great!  The service provided by Chris & Susie were outstanding at the receptionist desk.  I appreciated the prompt service and the post service briefing on my car.  I would highly recommend them to anyone after my dealings with them.  Am a 2 vehicle family and will have them work on both vehicles.

We moved to the Sequim area about a year ago and were very pleased to find a family run business where they care about their service and have a degree of knowledge and skill to back it up. We had a plug in our oil pan that had been put in incorrectly at our last oil change before we moved here. My husband and a couple of his friends all tried to remove it without any success, we were told we would undoubtedly have to buy a new oil pan. When we arrived in Sequim we took my car to Sunnyside and they were able to remove the plug without damage to the oil pan....although they said it was a challenge. They have worked on both of our vehicles with minor and one major repair. I would highly recommend them for friendly and proficient service at a fair price, be it big or small.

2005 Ford Explorer was difficult to find accessories. They did the research and ordered the parts. Chris did not like one of the pieces and sent it back. His statement and quot;I'm treating this as if it were my carand quot; really shows how much I can trust these folks.

Repaired/fixed bad fuel pump assembly that resides in the fuel tank. This problem is apparently difficult to diagnose, because there could be an electrical issue rather than the pump itself, and the problem can be there one day and not show itself later, and then crop up again. So, that was the biggest difficulty. Once diagnosed for sure that it was the fuel pump in the fuel tank, the job was completely very efficiently. The fuel filter was replaced also at the same time, because it is a real chore to drop the fuel tank in the first place. I would use this facility again.

They were efficient and completed ahead of schedule. Cost was very reasonable

Fuel line no longer clogged, and ignition/engine problem is solved! This was done in one afternoon with virtually no waiting, even though they were very busy. They are always very punctual, professional, honest and eager to do a good job. I've had them tow my car in the past and that service is excellent, too. They've also done other repairs (replace starter, replace serpentine belt) on my car in the past, with perfect results. Great location (downtown Sequim and close to the highway) and local owners. They are consistently helpful in answering questions and telling me what to look for and how to deal with specific engine problems for my car. I'm very picky about getting good service on my car at a fair price, and l will use their service again and again.
