Description of Work: I bought a deal for 266 for 2000sq ft of carpet cleaning. The owner and one other guy came right on time and they were very polite and the carpet looked great after.

Description of Work: They did not clean the floors adequately before coating them. The finish they used left black splotches through out the floors. When I called to have the situation rectified they said, sorry we can't fix it. I will now need to have my floors sanded and refinished at a later date:(

Description of Work: It went just fine, though in moving furniture around, I flew down the basement stairs and suffered a bad concussion. This is not their fault. I tell you only because I was pretty out of it due to accident the day before. |He never returned to do the living room. I have no memory of why that was. I may have said to wait awhile...what does the provider say?

Description of Work: Bill was very professional and flexible with scheduling. After evaluating my hardwood floor he was honest and up front with me; explaining that the condition of the floor was too poor and his service would not improve them. All of their cleaning materials are non toxic which is very important to us. When we first moved in, we had them do all the carpets and they were great with those as well.

+ -1 moreThey cleaned to the doorways, walk ways, the den and every area where the party people were going to be. It dried in time and we were amazed. The gentleman was so helpful and even responded the next day to make sure we were happy with the service.
Description of Work: My husband and I were hosting an engagement party and were trying to clean the spots off of our carpet by hand. We eventually realized that it was going to take too much time for us to handle. We contact Zimp and they sent out a technician within two hours.
