Yard Butlers

We've been using Yard Butlers for about 18 months, first as a yard cleanup service then as a regular contract. They gave us a fair price and while the quality wasn't great, it was fair. We had to text once about the quality of the work and they were responsive, but then it was ok again. Not great, not horrible, but ok. Recently though we've been having more issues. They changed us for a day that they didn't come due to weather and when I asked about what days they provided service the owner gave me the wrong dates. He did eventually agree to a adjustment, but I had to bug him about it. The last straw was them not coming at all - not due to weather - and the response from the owner was terrible. He was rude, condescending, and dishonest. He lied about our dogs barking when they weren't even home, was rude when I showed him pictures of the quality of the work, and insisted on billing me for the day that they obviously didn't show up. Instead of reviewing his crew's service and investigating what I was unhappy about, he became very rude and insulting. Beware doing service with this company, if you have a concern about quality, they may not care.
