Description of Work: They moved our belongings from Tacoma, WA to Pasadena, CA. They very carefully packed several family heirlooms and safely transported them without ANY damage (unlike Wheaton Van Lines, our previous mover). While they weren't the lowest bid, their work was definitely worth the extra money. I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: They moved a spinet piano from Lake Forest Park to Bellevue. They arrived on time, provided the right number of people to move the piano down the stairs and out of the house, padded the piano sufficiently to protect it during the move, and promptly moved the piano into our house. They team was professional and very courteous. We felt that their price was very reasonable so we didn't even ask for another estimate. We used Super Friends Moving to move our house furniture from Seattle to Bellevue two years ago so we knew the excellent service they could provide and they were excellent again. in moving this piano. We would definitely use them again if we had a need of their service.

Description of Work: Moved a baby grand piano from Kirkland to Snoqualmie Ridge. Required 4 guys to move it. Accomplished the move and set-up with zero problems in a single morning. Don't think I'd want to use a 'low bidder' on this move & their $$ might have been a bit on the high side. I don't move pianos regularly but this one came down from Bellingham for about that price, too. I would definately use this company for another move.

Description of Work: They moved our household goods (furniture, appliances, etc) from Snoqualmie, Washington, to Richland, Washington. The moving team members were very pleasant and responsive. Our only concerns were that, at the time of delivery, boxes often weren't placed where they needed to go, or were not placed with items of specific rooms making unpacking difficult. Also, some of the furniture was moved into the new house in such a fashion as to cause minor damage to the stair railing.

Description of Work: SFM packed our household the first day and then returned to move us the second day. The move went smoothly with the lose of only one shoe and bookshelves (the bookshelves were junk anyway). They took the shelves away for us. The crew was professional, friendly, courteous, and fast. They all had a great attitude about their work, which helped relieve some of the stress of moving. We have already recommended SFM to our friends and they are hiring them as well. This was the best move, of the more than 10 moves, I have had in my adult life. I would surely use them again in the future. |

Description of Work: While I really liked the guys they sent out, they did not listen to some of what I had said from the start on what I wanted to wait on putting in the moving truck. So things that I would have easily parted with (as I had suspected that there would not be enough room on the truck) were packed right away despite me asking them not to. Had to rent another truck to deal with not everything fitting. They didn't wrap up my furniture well and I ended up with damage on several of my furniture pieces. Beyond that they packed the truck in a way that my kitchen table broke (putting weight on both ends of the table--it has a middle post). Such a bummer. I tried several times to email them, thought it was interesting that you cannot find a phone number on their website, and got no response. I paid good money and tipped them well, should have at least received a response back.
