Strictly Tile

Great. Kris was the sub contractor. The man who did the floor was excellent. Pleasant and professional and a very talented fellow.

Stefan Fulciniti with PermaTreat (the subcontractor) was very professional, courteous, and responsive, giving us a reasonable bid with full explanation of the process. He worked with our schedule to minimize disruption by scheduling the work while we were out of town. When we had questions after the work was done, he came back to go over everything with us, then scheduled a final touch up to the fireplace tiles. We are very satisfied & would highly recommend Strictly Tile.

Kris let us go to tile supplier and work directly with them to choose, and he did not mark up the tile. Job was done on time and for the price quoted. Kris is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work, and I've recommended him many times. Kris does both interior and exterior tile work.

It went very well; he dug out the hole and filled it with dirt and sand. He then sloped it and put the patio stone in. Then he graded the patio and walkway area up to make it a raised patio. It took about week to do the job and his price was reasonable.

First Kris came to our home to give us a free bid. After getting 3 bids, we found him to be the most impressive, knowledgeable and the best price to boot. He discovered a problem under our tile near the sink and dishwasher and explained that it would be best to completely take up those tiles and re-do that area. He also made a couple of suggestions we agreed with. Part of the job turned out to be more difficult than expected, and he did not complain once or try to charge us more. He simply fixed the problem (which was existing and not his fault). Kris was extremely competent, knew what he was talking about, did a FANTASTIC job, and is the only workman we have ever had who was punctual. We don't know him personally but he struct us as being a fine young man, very polite. All we can say is THANK YOU, KRIS - GREAT JOB!
