Whole experience has been good, I still have a service contract and am very pleased with their work.

The owner/operator was very professional; he checked outdoors for entry ways for roof rats, cleaned out a large cache of old rat droppings from our ceiling access and left two rat traps baited. He advised us to cut back 18 inches from all the plantings around the house and made an appt. to return in ten days. He checked the traps then and found no new droppings. He was extremely careful to clean up after he vacuumed the old debris and was most likeable as well as professional. I would definitely employ this company again!

It was fine. Scheduling was easy. We were informed that we should do multiple sprays to really deal with the problem, but we have pets and young children, so we just did the one treatment and it helped reduce the number of ants that were invading our yard. Given all the stop bugging me commercials, the Big Deal through Angie's list was the only reason I used their services. Expected them to try to up-sell, but they were professional and easy to work with for our needs.

The technician was friendly. He looked in the attic and crawl space' After looking both inside and outside the house he closed entry points.

list arrived within the scheduled time, talked to about he was going to do, completed tasks as named above, check about return time and departed. a good attitude and work done well.

Moved in about a year ago, heard something in our walls. They came out within days of making appt. Did a thorough job of looking throughtout the house to find where they could be coming in, and put traps outside the house and in the garage. Said they were probably mice and found the location they may have been getting in. Came back after a couple of weeks and made sure they were still not getting in. Also recommended a maintance plan for future. Very professional and personable! Will be using them in the future.

We had a mouse and saw a rat. That is why they came out. We will keep them around the entire yr since we have a field behind our home, and it is winter so the mice want to come in for warmth. I would advise anyone who has a pest problem to hire this Company . They are very honest, and respectful.

Well! They directed us to a service company better equipped to handle our problem.

Overall great experience. Ants did show up in kitchen area a week after the service appt. They came out again an re-treated out home. It's been over 5 months, no ants or other bugs in our house.

Overall it was a good experience if you can call pest extermination a good experience! Professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was not present for the inspection. The tenant said everything went fine.

They did a good job. We had them treat for moisture ants and they were able find that we had a possum in our crawl space. They ended up doing a much bigger job due to their findings. Everything was great. We also had a new furnace installed and they will be coming back to wrap a pipe for that as well. I would highly recommend them.

I had heard "scritching" while in the kitchen/family room late at night for many, many nights. Both my husband and I searched and decided that the sounds were coming from our crawl space (as opposed to the kitchen). I had an appt with another exterminator but then a friend told me about the Angie's List deal which would be less than the cost of my existing appt. The inspector saw some evidence of rodents so left some traps and blocked some (apparently all) entry points. He made some suggestions for other work to be done but with no pressure, just suggestions for us to keep in mind. That night, I did not hear any scritching. He returned and inspected the traps. Happily they were empty but, even more happily, the scritching has not resumed.

We (husband and wife) had taken advantage of an Angie's List deal for pest control a couple of months previously. At that time, the tech mentioned that he had detected a slight rodent smell in our crawl space, but that he saw no signs of rodent occupation. We decided against rodent treatment at that time. Then, as the weather got colder, we began to fret about animals getting under our house, because the cover for the crawlspace access was falling apart. Just about that time, we noticed the Angie's List deal for Stop Bugging Me, called and made an appointment. The tech arrived early (the office called first to make sure it was okay); he spent about a half-hour checking all around the house and in the crawlspace. Because of our concerns, he placed rodent traps in the crawlspace, although he saw no signs of occupation. He recommended a different closure for our crawlspace (the old cover, a heavy wood -shingle arrangement that was hard to lift and maneuver, was falling apart) and said that we could make it ourselves or they (Stop Bugging Me Pest Control) could make it for us. We agreed that we needed a new cover/closure and preferred to have Stop Bugging Me make it for us. Our tech did, it was installed, and except for a minor glitch with attaching bolts (wrong size - he braced the door before leaving so it couldn't be opened) that was solved on his next trip to our area (a few days later) when he brought the bolts and installed them. We are very happy with the work; that access point had been worrying us for some time, and we had attempted repairs ourselves, unsuccessfully. Now we're sure our crawlspace is secure from rodent access.

Our house was infested with carpenter ants. First I contacted them using an Angieslist coupon, and then I signed a contract with them. They were supposed to come once every 3 months but since we had carpenters ants who wouldn't go away, Stop Bugging Me had to come almost every month to spray inside and outside the house. The extra visits were free of charge. The problem was solved eventually after 5 months and we haven’t had any ants ever since. Every time I called they were ready to come right away to spray.

Overall good experience. They were punctual and polite. They were well informed and we seem to have destroyed the problem.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the service. With the exception of the delay on the return date of 11-26-12 and needed to reschdule the date and time, I was very satisfied. Mr. Peterson was very informative, explaining what he would be doing and then delivering the service. The story from start to finish, I have related in the previous description of the services performed. .

I wasn't home but my husband was pleased with the service. The gentleman set poison traps in the attic and inspected the eves for access points and wired up some potential entry points. He also gave us some useful pointers on how to avoid the problem in the future.

The rep from Don't Bug Me was very professional and nice. We had a huge spider problem this year and I was really thankful for his efforts. He first sprayed all along every floorboard inside the house, playing special attention to bathrooms and the laundry area. There was no smell, although I did have to reamin away from the house for a couple of hours afterward, my dog included. Then he sprayed some stronger stuff around the perimeter of the house and in the eaves and the garage. He set a few floor traps in the garage and gave me a few extra sticky sheets before he left. They have already returned for their second service in mid- November. I will continue to use them every 3 months to keep the spider problem down. It really was effective. We had a few creepers during the two weeks after he left, but after that, I really haven't seen a thing. Sanity restored!

The technician was very professional and at the same time, friendly. He was very reassuring and sensitive to our sensitivity toward our unwelcome rodent guests. I feel he did a great job.

It was the first time I had used them. They sprayed around the house and did a fine job.
