They did a good job. On time and thorough.

Service was very professional and thorough. They were very quick to come out and take care of the bee problem we had. They offered a great warranty and returned a week later to assure all the bees were gone. Easy to reach for questions, polite and helpful. Seemed very knowledgable about all factors to consider when dealing with different variety is bees.

It went pretty well. It actual didn't work at first, I'm not sure why since I have used them before and they have been very successful but this time it didn't seem to make a difference. But then I called them a couple of weeks later to let them know and then they came again and so this time it seemed to make a difference. And so I'm happy with how they handled the situation.

He was a little late but called to let us know. He showed where ants were crawling along wires to the house. He also made a recommendation to prevent future re-infestations.

Since previous renters never complained, no spider treatments has ever been done. Upon scheduling the first call, service was completed promptly. Our renters were still seeing spiders a couple weeks after treatment so we asked them to come out for another treatment. Signs of spiders significantly reduced after the third treatment. Hoping that we are getting an upper hand on the situation.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out good. They came pretty quickly, and came out in a few days, after I bought the deal.

It went wonderful. I really liked them and they were prompt. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I like their friendliness of the people and I felt like I can trust them. They were respectful and gave me a good window of time when I could be there and not an hour window so I appreciated that a lot.

The guy came and sprayed for bugs. He was nice.

I had yellow-jackets living in a wall in my house. I could not find the nest, only the entrance, so I could not take care of it myself. I called Stop Bugging Me based on good Angie's List reviews. Their over-the-phone quote was a bit less than the Angie's List special. We scheduled three days out. They gave a one-hour window for the technician's arrival. On the appointed day, Bob arrived exactly at the beginning of the quoted arrival time. We chatted for a few minutes about what he planned to do. He came inside the house and taped over a couple of openings around light and plumbing fixtures where he thought the wasps might try to escape after he treated the entrance. He got into his bee-suit and "dusted" the entrance to the nest. He then went around the perimeter of the house and sprayed for spiders. He was careful to work around a couple planter boxes where we have herbs growing. By the next morning, there were no more yellow-jackets -- thank you very much. Too early to tell on the spiders, I think. Bob was laid-back, but not unprofessional -- easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was considerate of some special requests, like around the garden. He worked quickly and got the job done.

It went fine. He showed up on time and sprayed. He also gave advice on how to prevent more pests (like removing a rose bush that grows against our house). Seemed knowledgable.

Sent email message. Replied with a quote within 24 hrs. I called to set up appt and give more details of where the nests seemed be be. . We have had a lot of yellow jackets or wasps this summer, and they stung someone doing yardwork, so I called Stop Bugging Me to treat them. They came out quickly within a day, exactly on time. I was at work, but my mother was at home. They left a note that 2 nests were treated. A very large wasp nest that I had told them about was left in the rhododendrons. I called to ask why, and they did explain that they don't remove the nest because it is full of wasps, but that we should see an improvement after treatment. After 7-10 days, when we should have seem the improvement, there was still the same amount of wasps around, so I can't say that it was effective, or worth doing. Since then it has been raining a lot more, so fewer wasps. Bottom line: very professional in communication and scheduled promptly. UPDATE: I reviewed Stop Bugging Me recently, and rated them A in all categories except one, in which I rated them as C. Stop Bugging me called me and asked me why I gave them that rating. I said that I was pleased with the quick appointment (next day), punctuality, service and price, however, I saw no improvement in the number of yellow jackets after 10 days, hence the rating. They offered to come back out and do a re-treatment at no charge since I was not satisfied with the results. They indeed schedule the return visit, came out on Sep 20, removed a nest they had treated previously and retreated areas. Since then it has been raining a lot, so I can't tell for sure if the treatment helped or the rain has stopped them, but I am impressed with their followup, and have revised my rating. I can't update the old review, so if Angie's list can do that, please add this to the prior review.

It was fine. They weren't the most professional. They were on time. I thought the price was okay. They tried to sell me an upgrade. I got conflicting information from the dispatcher versus the guy that showed up. There was disagreement internally amongst the staff's approach. The spider service for the last few months but we already have spiders back. I don't know what to expect.

Darrell (technician) came out to the property, explained the problem I was having and informed me with the work he was going to perform. I've had some bee issue in my backyard (turned out to be yellowjackets) and I haven't seen any activities yet after the visit from Stop Bugging Me Pest. I am happy with the work that was performed.

It went very well, he inspected and treated the attic, crawl space, garage, inside the whole house and the outside perimeter of the house. Very thorough.

The time the Stop Bugging Me guy spent with us was great. He took lots of time to explain what he was doing. But now, about a month later, the spiders are all happily re-patrioting their favorite spots. What I've decided about this is that trying to get rid of outdoor spiders is a waste of time and money--and to me, ecologically irresponsible. In the future, I just plan to set out lots of the traps the provider gave me, inside the house and stop worrying about the outside. But if I have any other problems with pests--maybe carpenter ants or wasps, I will certainly use this service.

After he left I called the office to complain and they said they would make sure he came back and gave me a better report and patched some holes. When I got home from work I noticed that he had left another report with the same stick drawing on it just with more notes. He had patched 3 holes one of which my husband had already patched. To top it all off after I bought the deal when I called to set the appt. I was asked for my credit card number as the deal did not include the tax and they needed to charge me $6 more. I thought that seemed like false advertising but reluctantly gave them my credit card. When I got my statement they had actually charged me an additional $206! They basically charged me for the full service plus what I had paid originally for the big deal. I called and complained and they did reverse the charge but if I hadn't caught it I would have been double charged. Overall it was the worse $200 I had ever spent. My advice to people I'd to pay a handy man $200 to come and patch holes around you house, set some of your own traps and your problem will be more likely solved. This company just wants to rope you into monthly service and not really solve the problem. Update 10/5/13: after my original review on Angie's list I was contacted by a manager at Stop Bugging Me to discuss my review. I explained my reasons for the low grade, as stated in my review, and the manager offered to send out a different rodent tech for free to try to make it better. I commend the company for following up on my review and proactively reaching out to me to discuss the matter. The manager indicated that they had been having issues with their other tech for a little while and that he would send their best rodent tech out to our house. I agreed and the new tech arrived on time. He indicated that he would do the walk through of the house over again and set some new traps. The initial inspection and setting the traps took about 45 mins. He explained some reasons for our rodent problem (tall trees, the design of or roof trusses, general location of our house) and indicated that getting rid of the rats entirely was unlikely and that he recommended setting bait stations and to continue trapping as the solution to the problem. He then indicated that he would be back at our convenience to pick up the traps. A couple of weeks later he was back to check the traps and yay we caught a big rat. He then went around, even on the roof with my husband, to located 2 new holes that the rats had most likely been using. Overall the tech was very helpful/diligent finding the new holes and was very professional. I would say that I still think the initial Angie's list ad was a little misleading (by not specifying how many holes the techs would patch) and that the reports offered by this company are minimal at best. I was explained by the manager that the reporting that they do is industry standard and that photos and more detailed reports are not typical. That is still disappointing and I suggested that this could be a big improvement to their service. I've adjusted my ratings up to fair as I believe that the service I ultimately received was fair however since they did have to come back multiple times for me to feel this way I can not justify higher marks. As we are more the do-it-our self type we will most likely not call Stop Buggin Me for rodents again however I may consider using them for another pest type in the future as those reviews tend to me more consistently good and I felt like the company was striving to make the customer happy in the end.

It worked out very well. They came out pretty quick. My wife handled it and she was very happy with their service. We paid just the price of the Big Deal. I would highly recommend them to someone else.

It did work out well for me. He was on time. He did what he said he was going to do. He lost one of the traps though that I had to find later and then he kind of try to sell me on extra service that I don't think I needed. I would use them again.

They were fine and I'd give them a good rating. You never know what to expect. I think we were trying to get rid of the spiders outside and what we found out was that if they spray something that is for the spider, the spider has to actually be there or else it puts up something to keep them safe from the smell or prevent them from crossing the smell. I learned a lot and I learned that it's not all the time you necessarily get what you thing you're going to get and that they're not really exterminating something unless you have a problem. I have my daughter and my grand daughter here and any time I hear a blood curdling scream I know it's a spider. They were nice, they were punctual and I think the price was reasonable.

They resolved the problem. The technician was professional and took time to answer all of my questions.

Great. We live on a greenbelt and developed a rat problem. (We also have deer, rabbit and coyote problems, but we just needed the rats gone from the garage! Customer service was fabulous -- and so very helpful. They were out very quickly and the tech who came was wonderful -- knowledgeable, proficient at his work, and patiently answered all our questions. They bring everything necessary to get the job done, and are in and out in a timely manner. We're extremely pleased to have the matter resolved in a timely, cost-effective, non-chemical way. God willing we won't ever need them again, but if we do, Stopbuggingme will be an no-brainer call to make -- they're the best!

Everything went well as described. The CA treatments have made a big difference to the point we hardly see any ants anymore. Spraying inside the house, versus just outside the house really should be a requirement versus optional since just doing the exterior spray does literally nothing to kill the ants already in the house. The mice treatments seem to be working as well. Much of the remediation is stuff I myself could have done if I had the time, but I was glad to pay for someone else to do it. As far as I can tell the bait and trapping program for the mice is working well also.

It went well. They were able to come out on the same day that I called, the technician was punctual and professional, and the treatment has been effective.

Just like before, they were able to come out within a few days, were prompt, upfront about the expected costs, and overall very easy and pleasant to do business with.

I was pleased with them. I think that the person was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He didn't push me into anything. Everything was good to me. Their price was not that expensive and they were flexible. When I would leave messages they would respond to me right away. I plan to use them.
