Stop Bugging Me Pest Control

After failed attempts on our part trying to get rid of the yellow jackets, we contacted Stop Bugging Me Pest Control. There was a small hole in the siding of the house, where there was a lot of activity. It was obvious the nest was inside the wall and we were not able to get to it, unless we would tear the wall down. We obted for calling this company to try spraying. The service person assured me that it was going to work this time, and it did. We have not had any problems since.

Service provider was here right on time. Took care of all the ants infesting my greenhouse and also did treatment around perimeter of our house and deck. I'm certain I'll be calling them again.

We still had a lot of ants after the first application, so we insisted they come back out for a second application. That seemed to work, as we haven't had any ants since.

The service was fine. They had to charge me a small fee of $20 or something. They did fine and they were good about contacting me. I did not do much shopping for price comparison on the service and I still see a few spiders in the house. They had to do something to be able to do the work on the date that I want and they were there early. There was also a mix up. They were supposed to come out and do a repeat treatment of the house but they did not do the treatment and they called me up and said that I had to have some payments set up for that already and I said, "Well, they should have told me that before."

The results of their service is not in yet, but so-far so-good. They will provide a follow-up in two weeks.

The flea application we only did once, and it took care of the problem. The bed bugs were a bigger problem and required three appointments. I replaced the mattress and box spring as they were old and the basis of the problem. We think the bed bugs came in our travel luggage. The guys from Stop Bugging Me were the best. Very professional and informative. I would recommend them very highly.

We have spiders from March to November, we finally called Stop Bugging me to learn that spiders are almost impossible to kill unless they spray them directly.

Rid the attic and crawl space of rodents.

The house and storage shed were baited for small black ants. As promised, the ants were gone within a couple weeks. The reservations I have for using them in the future is only my aversion to the use of pesticides. I resort only to using them when I can't control the problem myself with non-toxic chemicals. Then I leave it up to the professionals.

Initially scheduling was easy and quick. However, our appointment came and went and 25' after the technician was supposed to arrive I called only to discover that they had to cancel our scheduled treatment due to technician illness. The person I spoke to on the phone apologized and claimed that I had been notified by phone which was not the case. Rescheduled appointment for 2 days later. Technician arrived on time and was pleasant - exterior of home treated for spiders which was main complaint and reason for purchasing the deal. Effectiveness of treatment deemed to be poor as the spiders returned within 2-3 days. Complete waste of money.

It went fine, but had to pay for the taxes your site doesn't collect. Should really be Angie's list job to do that.

went as planned. Spent extra time to accommodate getting the dogs out for 2 hours+ so they would not be effected by the spray. I forgot to plan for the dogs

They basically gave me advice and options for the ant problem, rather than do anything to solve it, even though that was what I called about, and they told me they could handle it. That same week, the ants were back in the house. The spray fixed the spider problem, though, and my backyard had looked like a scene from Arachnophobia.

After purchasing the voucher I was to contacted by Tuesday of the following week by the provider. While I did get an email through Angie's List asking for my phone number, I was never called. after waiting over a week, I called the provider and left a message and got ti scheduled. The voucher was fr an interior and exterior treatment. They also asked if I had any special concerns and informed them I had signs of mice using the stove insulation for nesting. When the tech came (who was very nice, by the way) he said he wouldn't need to get under the stove and just lay some traps to the side. When he'd done that, and put traps in the garage and house crawlspace, he was ready to go. I reminded him that the service was for interior and exterior treatment. He said he didn't know that and "they (management) never show us these things". He then proceeded to spray the outside but apparently considered the mouse traps as sufficient inside. While the tech was nice, and seemed to know his stuff, I was less than impressed by the company and won't use them again.

They were great! I had a problem with a colony that established itself behind a light fixture (probably after a roof replacement); Stop Bugging Me came in and took care of the problem simply, cleanly and professionally. I am so impressed, I will be hiring them for routine home pest care on monthly basis. Well done; thanks guys!

They did what they needed to do to clean them. They did a good job and everything was pretty much completed on-time. The price was very good and I was very happy with the work they completed, especially because we had some heavy rain that fell a couple weeks later.

It went very well... the company contacted me right away and the service tech was able to come out within a few days of buying the deal. I will absolutely use them next spring for my ant issues!

The service technician called because he was early and was able to come ahead of schedule. He performed an inspection of the house and figured out where the rats had gained access. He was thorough, friendly, courteous and professional.

Arrived on time, did a thorough job and guaranteed work. Yellow Jackets were not completely gone after 14 days and he came back to spray again at no charge.

At one afternoon when I was working on the lawn, I saw yellow jackets flying in and out through the crack in the exterior of my house (I didn't know they were yellow jackets) and I could hear them through the wall even when I'm in the house close by that wall. So I head to angie's list and bought a deal from stop bugging me. They contacted me and setup the appointment on the morning of Aug. 21. The technician came on time and sprayed several times on the bees. He told me they were yellow jackets and assured me that there were no honey in their nests and they would simply die in the course of few days to a week. Amazingly, the activity suddenly disappeared on the same afternoon and I didn't see any yellow jackets since then, nor could I hear any buzzing through the wall. One weird part is, the technician told me Angie's list doesn't charge for taxes for the deals, so I had to pay for the taxes.. Overall a great job and I would definitely hire them again. .

It was easy to schedule the appt. The person I spoke with to schedule the visit explained what would be done and told me I'd have various options for chemicals (I wasn't something as non-toxic as possible). Chris came out on time, listened in the walls to identify the exact location of the next. Poked small holes into the wall board and sprayed the insecticide. He explained the low toxicity of the chemicals he used (pyrethrum). He listened for more nests and found another one. He repeated the same steps there. The problem was resolved.

They were not pushy sales people and they gave us some good advice on how to control. It was low pressure and they left it in our court to follow-up with them, which was nice. I would use them again.

Great experience- they were punctual, flexible,fast and thorough. We've had other exterminators out over the years, and these guys were the best.
