JAMISON is a professional and knowledgable representative for this company. He is extremely helpful-explaining their programs, policies and procedures- those covered today and the additional plans available. Backed by a company with a great reputation, his easy-going personality is perfect for dealing with cranky customers. (and I was very, very unhappy to have a mouse in the house!). He is exceptionally conscious presenting his 'findings', observations and removed the problem quickly. I am very pleased. This is a difficult situation and they did a very good job with closing possible entry points, including crawling under the mobile home and closing off any holes found there. Before I bought it, this mobile was riddled with mice/rat feces and urine. Haven't had a rodent since this service 3 weeks ago. They were disappointed that I did not want regularly scheduled visits, but I still don't know if the mobile will be demolished, or used as storage - so I don't want to put a lot of money into it right now.....

The service was great. Too soon to tell how effective the baits are. He said it can take a few weeks to know for sure.

I recently moved into a new home, and I wanted to make sure there were no 4 legged animals. I have Oak trees, and he set traps, came back 10 days later, and the |peanut butter bait was still there. Very responsive, and professional.

I honestly can't remember how much I paid but it was worth it to keep the spider population in check. I purchased 6 visits over the course of a year and they have done a good job. I believe they have been to the house 3 or 4 times so far.

I contact Stop Bugging Me Pest Control, asked what their Big Deal included, then bought the special and set up an appointment. Their representative showed up on time, and was very informative, but told us they didn't handle rodents over 2 pounds. I have no issues with the company, but this Big Deal will not address the problem we have, and will not be useful to us.

We were frantic to get rid of the bed bugs. They didn't give me much information and I wasn't very trusting of them.

He sprayed a hornet's nest in my tree. It went fine.

The young man - I believe his name was Chris - was very professional. He arrived early (calling first) and took care of the problem (mice in the attic). He returned the following week to make sure everything was ok. I was extremely pleased with the service, and will highly recommend the company to others. If I ever have need of their service again, I will definitely call them.

I called Stop Bugging Me to get their help with a rat in the attic and also finding and sealing entrances. I expressed interest in this deal and they agreed that should be a good match. I purchased the deal, they showed up the next day to start. They went out on the roof and looked up in the attic and discovered a large hole in the side of the house with insulation pulled out (only visible from the roof) and evidence of squirrels in the attic. They do not deal with squirrels though, and the roof is too steep for them to do repairs. So they charged me for a consult instead of the deal and recommended that I reach out to Angie's List to refund the deal. That seems entirely reasonable to me.

It was a really good experience. The man who came out was very punctual. He came and gave us a module of what he was going to do. He even asked us that if he was going to do an internal and an external service that he would do either and he actually suggested that he could do the external first so we could have more time in the house. He also told us that he was going to take an amount of time and that was exactly what he took and after that, we left. When we came back, he left the whole summary on the table and everything was just good again. The price of the service was really good because it was of a groupon but I am not really sure how much it cost.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out very well. My wife took care of it.

All went well. They were very professional, courteous, and explained our options well. Always on time and I appreciated that they would call my cell on their way since this was not our primary residence and needed to meet them there.

They came to inspect my crawl space and attic as we had thought we heard signs of rodents. They did a very thorough inspection and took plenty of time and reported the attic was spotless (as I would have expected since it was professionally redone when we moved in) and found no recent evidence of rodents in the crawl space. They set traps and a follow up appointment to check them and did a thorough investigation of the crawl. I appreciate that they didn't try and sell me on any follow up or additional services since the areas checked out clean.

The electrician said we had ants, lots of ants under the house. No evidence of ants outside of house. We called Stop Bugging Me Pest Control and they were very prompt with making an appointment. They were here on time, went under the house, found NO ants, but sprayed anyway. They were courteous and told us in the four days between them and the electrician that the ants could have left. We believe what the technician told us.

Very happy with the service! After having a terrible experience with another pest company (Pest Free) we were concerned that this would be another rip-off. Instead they were professional and competent. Thanks Stop Bugging Me!

I still have ants in the home. I wouldn't use them again in the future.

It was okay. The guy did what he was supposed to do. The guy was very nice. He just came and sprayed it pretty quickly and finished within 40 min. I'm not sure whether it was really worth $199. They were on time.

We had a ton of spiders (big ones) coming in from all the crevices in our basement. He sprayed all the edges and laid out sticky traps to catch them as they came in. So far, we haven't seen any in the house, so it worked!

They were very responsive and came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. They were punctual, professional, and clean in the work they did. I appreciated the efficiency they used to accomplish the work. I would recommend their services.

Offered to do inside on the same coupon but so far the outside spray seems to be working really well. I would get the little ants coming in drain during the winter and other times but this treatment and around windows and doors and exterior base of home seems to be doing really well. I am quite pleased so far with this service. Would definitely use them again and the Serviceman was friendly and personable and prompt and explained procedure and other services if needed.
